I recently went to your theater with some friends to watch the film Morbius. First to get it out of the way, it was incredible. A cinematic masterpiece.
It was so good in fact I would love to purchase/acquire a Morbius poster if you happen to have one that you are willing to part ways with. I, however, totally understand if you do not want to part ways with art. If you are willing to negotiate conditions for my acquisition of such beauty, please let me know.
Now that the business is out of the way, I would like to personally thank your great staff. During the showing of Morbius I managed to get myself into a bit of a "Morb-dicament" if you will. I ended up dropping my wallet during the showing and did not notice it (most likely due to the sheer awe that was taking part on the screen in front of me). I then left your theater for dinner and it was not until it came time to pay the check that I realized I did not have my wallet.
When I returned to the Keene Cinemas I did not even have to ask for it. An employee (whose name I did not get and wish I did to personally mention them) came to me and asked if the wallet was mine. I said yes and was able to identify my Lego VIP card inside of it as well. Nothing was taken from my wallet and it was kept in good hands. I was actually astonished and it was not until I was driving home with my friends that I realized how respectful and responsible the Keene Cinemas staff were to me.
I cannot thank them enough for not only allowing me to see the best film in the world, Morbius, in the best possible conditions, but also taking such good care of my wallet in my absence. I am happy to have seen the film at Keene Cinemas and will be returning in the future. Thank you for protecting my wallet and for the immaculate customer service.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate 2024: Staff is STILL fantastic! Of course we LOVE movies, we like to make memories, and enjoy experiences, coming here is always fun. I kind of look forward to seeing the staff, not that I know their names, but individually, they are fantastic, as a team, they work well together. I do put them on the spot, but only because I value their opinions. Thank You for allowing me to loiter before movies start, and Thank You for accepting credit cards now, although I will continue to try to have cash, sometimes it doesn't happen (I will continue to budget for Cinema/Art fun). I enjoy seeing the decorations, they seem to change locations of where they are displayed, and add or take away; I like what they do with what they have. I guess I would be frustrated if I saw a lot of fancy stuff and the prices kept rising, but what I see are "Movie inspired Decor" and the prices aren't totally outrageous, I do buy a drink, at a minimum, but my company gets drinks and food, because we should support our local businesses, and tickets aren't enough to keep the lights on. I hope to continue coming here for the next 20 years or better, there isn't a better way to watch a movie than with people that are as invested in the story lines as I am. (YES, I still cry at kid movies). Original Review:The Staff are pleasant; often when we ask if they have seen "movie we are seeing" they often say no but hope to. We love to talk to the staff about the current and former movies playing, we like to see multiple movies and the staff seems very chill with us 'loitering' until the next movie starts. We enjoy traveling to Keene, often Latchis dosen't show the movies we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBrought my family to the movies to watch the new lilo & stitch.
My 3 year olds were well behaved. They went out to take a break during the showing of the movie.
My daughter who limited in her speech and reacts in expression in many different forms was excited she saw a character in the arcade area of the theater and let out an excitement scream.
No one in the theater that was 10 feet from where they were taking a break heard her or complained.
I come out to check on them and come to find out the kicked my TWIN 3 year old and wife out of the theater for no other reason than my daughters excitement.
I confronted the individual who kicked my family out to understand the issue as many children were there that day and even in the movie itself children were being "loud" so I wanted to understand the reasoning.
He started telling me my daughter was being loud in the arcade area then 2 other individuals get involved in the situation.
At this point 1 of your employees thought it would be great idea to try to intimidate me because they didn't like what I was saying about the unprofessional manner they were using towards myself.
At this point I decided to leave.
My family will never be going to your establishment again and I will make sure everyone in keene knows how the treat paying customers and...
