Hello consumers. I had written a previous review that began with this was my third try at the store. I want everyone to know that I did talk to corporate. Corporate put me on hold to talk to the store manager and then came back on the phone and advise me that I was no longer allowed at the store. Obviously corporate and the representative I spoke to does not care to have my business. I never was reimbursed the five dollars for the gift card that I made qualifying purchases on. I was told that I would be getting a phone call back from them After they completed their investigation. It is been over three weeks now and still no phone call. Target is becoming the new older version of Walmart. I have shopped at Walmart since Several times and enjoy Walmart now over at target which for me is a big surprise. The store is clean the employees are helpful management goes above and beyond. I didn’t get thrown out I wasn’t threatened and I enjoy spending my hard-earned money with Walmart now. I would advise everyone to stay away from the Keene NH Target location and to shop at the Walmart in Keene as that store and it’s employees deserve five stars. Never in my life what I ever think that I would say that or have anything bad to say about Target so Walmart is my new favorite store the prices are fair and the employees are great. Hopefully Laura and that power happy manager named Sunny Get enough complaints from other people and lose their job as they do not deserve to earn money there IR ANYWHERE. Never in my life would I think I would ever say that about a person but in this case it is fair it is just and I don’t mind saying it. Laura and Sunny are both uneducated ILL trained and do not know how to treat customers. I wouldn’t let them bag my groceries. Anyway I thought I would fill everyone in I’m sure others have had Poor experiences at the store since my last review. Don’t bother calling corporate because they will believe their dishonest management teams and you will just waste hours on the phone explaining yourself. Again I highly recommend going to Walmart exclamation exclamation exclamation...
Read moreWell, all is good there Some workers were just walking around doing nothing. Others were really seriously Bussin but but what really disgust me the most was I told employee with another play. There was many clothes on the floor and people were walking on them, taking the carts and running them over so I spoke up to the police and said you got a Lotta clothes on the floor, she said that she didn’t care that kind of upset me because we buy the stuff and what you guys do. Is you put it on the shelf like with no care and it’s our earn money that we earn and we’re spending it at at your store because we would like to have the items but not destroyed. I did talk to a manager and she said she was going to take care of it and I told her how I stop clothes up against a manikin so people won’t walk and destroy the clothes and she has. She did go check it but she didn’t talk to the girls they don’t care there and that’s the sad thing about it is, it’s our money for spanning and we want the items to be and condition and as customers as you as a customer when you go in something falls, only takes a minute to put it back on the hanger and put it back where it was. Don’t be so rude and so disrespectful to the police and employees need to respect us as well as they walk by. They should be picking up stuff even if they were signed to another consignment they should still stop and pick up the items and hang them back up , I know I will not go to this target again as well as I know many others want once they walk in and see how close are all over the place everything is disgusting and it is so disorganized it’s not even organized and I am a owner of a cleaning company and I never ever been. This organized like that. Reminds me of Springfield vt family,...

Strong in the ways of the Force, patience is. But tested, even the wisest Jedi’s can be, when checkout lines rival the wait for hyperspace clearance.
Visited this Target on a Sunday, I did. A disturbance in the customer service, I sensed. One cashier only there was—for those with more than 10 items. A grave mistake, this is. The checkout line, stretched it did, far beyond its boundaries. Down the aisles it flowed, toward the cosmetics sector, like a Sith’s dark influence creeping across the galaxy.
At least 20 carts I counted—frustrated shoppers waiting, time slipping away like sand on Tatooine. Efficiency and planning, lacking they were.
Disappointed, many were. Surprised, I am not, that foot traffic and sales, down they are.
If change does not come swiftly, decline continue it will. I’m really disappointed with Target’s restrictions on their self-checkout stations. The limit on the number of items makes shopping there unnecessarily inconvenient. I often find myself trying to limit my purchases to 10 items or fewer, then going elsewhere for the rest of my shopping. While many other retailers are making self-checkout more accessible, Target seems to be moving in the opposite direction. They claim it’s to provide a better customer experience by having a person check you out, but I strongly disagree. For those of us who prefer a quick and efficient shopping experience, this policy is frustrating and outdated. I hope Target reconsiders this approach...
