I am sad to say that this family owned business has no sympathy if your family has experienced a severe tragedy to where mother is in ICU near death. One of the rooms were booked not even 2 days and after talking to the owner Courtney I offered to provide evidence of pictures or hospital call verification she was not willing to make a full refund. Rather she said I'm sorry and emphasized on they are a family owned business and cannot make any exceptions to there policy of 50% refund or rescheduling the event with additional 25% charge. WOW! How do you say how considerate of her to make such a heart warming offer! I am beside myself trying to understand how they could not rebook the event in 3 days or how this one event would break them so hard that they had to shut the doors indefinitely if they would have provided a refund. I had an experience where my grandmother passed away and I had to cancel a wedding venue. I was given full refund of which is way well over what an escape room costs due to the unexpected death in the family. Please do not give a place like this any business, a business who has no heart or consideration for family tragedies!!!
