NATURA Hair Removal & Skin Care | Kendall — Attraction in Kendall

The wax was fast and left my legs super smooth. Even though I can admit that I’m not consistent, I only go to NATURA for my wax and I don’t ever shave or use nair etc. With that being said my only complaint with Claudia is that she did not thoroughly remove the wax under my armpit since hasn’t been waxed since December (so about a 3 month stretch) and it was pretty full. With that being said she removed the first armpit with one hard wax piece which left some stubble, but the other one she used 2 pieces of hard wax strips and it came out a bit cleaner that the first. My other concern is when I first came to NATURA I would use the sugar wax (not hard wax) with the strip under my arm with maybe 4 passes and it was much more smoother. Claudia is the only wafer that uses only hard wax under my arm and I just don’t think it’s as effective as using the sugar wax and maybe a soft wax after to clean it up. But all in all the service was fast and I was able to get in and out as a walk in. I recommend this place if you are in the Kendall area or shopping in dadeland mall and need some quick service. My legs are nice and smooth but compared to the other lady who waxed my legs it’s a little bit more painful. No big issues but I guess I was used to the first lady that serviced me at NATURA who was very gentle since my I do have a bit of a low pain tolerance and her results were very clean and smooth. Horrible experience on Nov 3rd. First time doing sugaring and my friend and I mentioned that I was doing it for a special occasion. Lexa, the one doing my wax, appeared to care about the job she was doing. However, I had to come back after getting home to ask them to fix it completely. Multiple and I mean MULTIPLE, VERY visible patches of hair left and I kindly asked them to fix it. Not to mention I had already tipped well. Multiple people at the front asked me to come back the next day and pushed it off, my friend and I said absolutely not and this is to be fixed today. The sugaring was horrible, the staff was inattentive, Lexa never apologized rather made excuses such as “the hair is just too light to see”. First off, my hair is almost black. Second, if you are trained well, hair color shouldn’t be a problem. Not to mention the hair was still not fully gone even after I left the second time, and it started growing back in LESS THAN THREE DAYS.
