City Supermarkets — Attraction in Kenilworth

Convenient and very friendly. I was touched and impressed yesterday when a young man was paying at the lottery register. The man at the register noticed a hairline slit at the top of the gallon bottle of water brin purchased. The customer hadn't noticed. The cashier pointed it out and showed him and attempted to explain but realized the young man did not understand English. The cashier asked me to excuse him for a moment because he wanted to walk with the young man and make sure to give him a properly sealed bottle. I was impressed. The cashier apologized to me again upon returning to the register. I was totally OK with it. You would not see that courtesy in a large supermarket. It is nice to witness integrity...

There is sooo much candy and the kids will love it and it is just so amazing and it looks small but it is very very big in the inside there is a whole deli That you can buy sandwiches or burgers and they upgrade and put like a coffee stand a like ramen stand so if you buy ramen you can heat it up there and the moment the you enter the City Supermarket you will feel a nice and cold breeze that you will kind of get the chills but in a good way so love this...

This place has fallen way off. I request extra mayo and instead of putting it on the sandwich they send packets. If I wanted to take my sandwich apart to apply mayo, I could have made the sandwich myself. Grilled cheese isn't melted, sandwiches and bagels are not cut. My cream cheese bagel had almost zero cream cheese and was wrapped in used paper. Disgusting! I will no longer...
