I used to come to this place religiously when I lived in kenikworth, then. I moved away for 3 years, and just moved back Recently. First of all the ownership changed, I jenni and the others are not there anymore, whole new staff and owner. I went in for a pedi and mani. Pedi was fine even though the price went up from $20 to $23, it was a basic pedi, no massage, no scrub lasted about 15 mins. For my hands, I always get gel color with uv gel topcoat (not the top coat from the bottle, the jar that they apply With a brush) I do it because my nails are thin plus I work with my hands a lot and my manis last about 3 days before they start chipping. When I told the guy thatâs what I want he looked at me like I had 3 heads and then him and 2 other ppl talked about it for like 5 mins and finally said they wonât do that because âthey youâre supposed to use the bottle top coatâ which is a lie, i get charged $5 extra at diff salons but they never have a problem with it. Then he started to paint my nails and the color was nothing like my toes ! Had to be like 20 shades darker, when I said something the lady was huffing and puffing Because she had to look for a diff color. Such a diff experience then what I remember a couple years back. Unfortunately I wonât...

There may be changes in management as the new woman taking appts has become a regular. Shes not the most patient nor is she very savvy with nail art. During my last visit she had a male "friend" sitting to the side observing clientele almost as if it was an interview process. Some of us ladies were made to feel uncomfortable, having a man walking around peeking in on the services being rendered. Very creepy!!! Time to...
Read moreFirst off, I spent $90 on a full set. Iâm guessing they were over pricing to take advantage of the fact that nail salons are finally opening up during the pandemic. In less than ONE week, 4 nails had popped off. No excessive force. For one of them, all I did was pick up a box and the others I didnât even see when or how they broke. I got fed up and when I went to bite them all off, it didnât even take much force to get them off. Whatever product they use, they need to change it because itâs clearly cheap. I am so unbelievably angry that I wasted $90 on my nails that didnât even...
