So I called up to the salon to see if they could do a full sew in. When I walked out even I didn’t realize that my bundles were chopped and the closure of the sew in was showing including the thread. I called to see if I could get it fixed and was told that if it came down or anything was wrong that I could come back and not be charged. I let Lauren know that I would have to get another bundle because my hair was damaged. She told me that I would still be charged after I paid over $200 for a style that was incorrectly installed and wouldn’t be able to fix it until Wednesday. I made the call on Monday. I was scammed at this point. I took pics because I totally had to go get another hairstyle by someone who was able to execute and spent an extra $180 to fix the blunder and stayed up all night to fix the issue. Let me show everyone what I received and what I had to go get done by someone else. You’ll see a major difference. The fact that she wanted to charge me more after I informed her the job was botched, no accountability was taken. Now we have a problem when my time nor money is respected. Check the pics everyone and see how I was played. Be mindful of stepping foot in this establishment.
In regards to your comment, another salon has nothing to do with this. The hairstyle in the picture shows the work from your shop. You’re absolutely right that I left a negative review. You forgot to mention that you chopped up my hair into pieces and the cut was horrible. That is the only reason that I mentioned that I would buy another bundle of hair. The picture shows the style that was performed at your shop. It’s very unprofessional to bring someone else’s work into this. If you really want to talk about it I totally had braids before your shop touched my hair. Please don’t make me have to post more pics. Take accountability for your part. I paid over $200 for this style that clearly shows thread and an open closure that you stated could be done at your shop. I most definitely have more receipts. We can go back and forth but the world sees what happened. Then you scheduled me days after and if you couldn’t do it right the first time, why would I ever come back? Read moreFirst time here! and last time here! Brought my Granddaughter here to wash, deep conditioner, blow dry and flat iron her hair. Her ends needed to be trimmed was told that the next visit she would do it why? not then? Lauren Snipped her ends after she flat ironed her hair. Okay, her hair was looking nice after we left a few hours later, her hair looked as if she had gotten it done a week ago. You can see where the split ends were more visible than before. Even trying to wrap her hair that night was not easy and her hair is long, split end sticking out everywhere. I had to oil her scalp because her hair looks so dry, from Saturday to Wednesday this is not a good look at all! I have no other choice but to tell her to wear it in a pony tail now. Money wasted! My Granddaughter is 12 years old and not new to getting her hair done she's used to getting her hair done.
If only I had looked at the pictures of the women whose hair was done on this website and zoomed in, I would not have gone here. an waste my money and time.These women had visible split ends as well, although from a distance the style was beautiful. $70.00 literally gone down the drain. Then when I called her she only told me to bring her back in for a flat iron, for what? No thanks. And then tried to blame it on the weather , Absolutely not!!

Read moreI’m not sure the name of the stylist was because she never introduced herself and told me her name ( im sure it was lauren) as she was the only one in there on a Monday afternoon with four other clients before me. The first red flag was the at the middle of the wash where she tried to detangle my thick 4c hair with a wide tooth comb but anyone who has thick and 4 type hair knows you have to have patience and work in sections. She then proceeded to take to a seat where she tried to detangle but with a smaller comb and worked in sections. However, another red flag is how she incorrectly went about the drying process. She applied little to no leave-in or whatever she put in it and didn’t necessarily detangle and try to stretch my hair properly. Rollers would’ve made it much easier in my opinion. Instead she clipped it up and threw me under the dryer. 4 clients later she gets to me and blows me out which was very rough and, straightens it, etc. I’ve washed it out after two days of having it straightened and the smell is just horrendous. Even after several of washes. And majority of my hair reverted back with no issue and there is visible but minimal heat damage but this was a 3 out of 10 experience because whoever I was with had no good knowledge of dealing with...
