Club 24 Kennewick — Attraction in Kennewick

The gym itself has a great selection of equipment for most types if fitness, and has always been clean. The showers are freezing cold sometimes, but not all the time. The reason for 3 stars is the fact they charged me for the nearly year we couldn't go because of COVID despite my contract having been up before then, and I got no where contacting them. Also, thanks to COVID my truck got repossessed and my cards were in there, so I went in to get new ones. The staff member looked annoyed I wanted in without a card, and annoyed I needed 2 new cards. She gave them to me for free after I told her why I needed them, but still seemed annoyed. Then as she hands them to me she says "try to keep track of these". I'd get it if I'd just been careless, but I had very little control over losing my truck and I lost a lot of possessions in there that I can't replace, I was assured they weren't going to take it back and then did shortly after. It just irked me being told to keep track of them. Like I said, if there's a charge for them then I was happy to pay, and like I said it just irked me. I would still recommend the gym, I understand everyone's had a hard time with COVID and I have no idea what kinda day or week that staff member had...

I have been a member at club 24 for about 5 years now. Over that time, my membership had been a fantastic addition to my life. The cost to benefit ratio is fantastic. You get access to a facility that is well equipped but not overly crowded. As a physical therapist, they have their bases covered with quality equipment and lots of options for my work outs.They continually make improvements and have done a fantastic job utilizing the space they have. I primarily work out at the club on Union but have visited others. They have been great about allowing me to freeze my membership when I had injuries that kept me from working out for months at a time. I also love have 24 hour access, more than once I have had to get a long run in for marathon training at 2 or 3 in the morning. It’s never an issue and the club feels safe and clean at all times. signed up here only because they are 24/7.. multiple occasions where i would come early in the morning before work and find out my card access wouldnt work. kinda annoying when you go to the gym at 0230 in the morning. im tried of playing these games and taking risks every morning. then when calling to cancel the membership, its “in person” which i probably wouldnt even be able to get into the building because it wont unlock the door for me. doors are locked during store hours because when i went in person to sign up doors were locked and no one came to even open the doors so i went online to get a membership. not interested in playing games with this gym. regret signing up. now i have to lose a day of pay to come to this place during business hours to cancel which is a...
