Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Kennewick

The employee was very rude , nasty & unprofessional. I must have pulled in a few minutes b4 closing. I didn’t know that, lights were on they are still open. Employee working window opened window with an attitude, slamming it open. Told me she didn’t need my DutchBrothers code for my account when I asked. Asked what I wanted in an unprofessional tone, like I did something wrong. Rushed me through my order. Like I couldn’t tell she was being absolutely inappropriate. And when I tried to pay she said in an attitude “you guys are good the drinks are free” which just left me feeling icky and abused. Like here goes free drinks so you don’t tell anyone about the bad service. And because we probably closed the register before closing anyway. Very nasty. Oh and I forgot. After I told her what I was ordering she turned around in a sarcastic manner, screaming to the other barista the names of the drink and clapping her hands loudly. It was very obvious she was annoyed. Unfortunately, this location has not improved since it opened. Another disappointing trip to DB today on 10/5/2022. I have complained about this location once before and literally nothing has changed in the previous months. Broistas with a bad attitude at the window, constant bugging about tipping, and ultimately 2 more drinks that were not up to DB standards. When you bring up that your HOT drink is cold, they give you a dirty look and roll their eyes. Won't be back. I've wasted hundreds of dollars at this location and nothing changes. I can get better customer service from a brick wall. Pro-Tip to Staff: Not everyone wants to explain what they're doing for the weekend or the day every single time they get a drink here. I travel and have been to many different Dutch bros, multiple in the same day. All Dutch bros are consistent EXCEPT this one. I do have a special order and they very rarely get it correct! Unfortunately this is my local Dutch bros, I had to unfortunately switch to Java Junkies because not only is the customer service lacking more and more over time but so are the drinks, I also make my own espresso and I can tell they are not cleaning the parts often enough. I’m not complainer BUT it’s been years this way and it just gets worse.
