Just Juice — Restaurant in Kennewick

Just Juice is oh so good, and the owners...they're simply radiant souls! I had the most wonderful pleasure of crossing paths with Cambria and Octavio when they graced our little town with their presence. Their visit to our business was like a burst of sunshine!

The way they spoke about their passion project was truly infectious. I found myself hanging on every word as they shared their story. It's clear that they pour their hearts into everything they make. I was instantly captivated and couldn't wait to get my hands on their products!

I was over the moon when Cambria reached out to let me know they were coming back for a visit. Of course, I couldn't resist asking for some of their heavenly juice!

Their genuine warmth and kindness left such a lasting impression on me. It's rare to meet people who are the embodiment of "light and love," but Cambria and Octavio truly are!

I'm already counting down the days until their next visit (or our next trip to the Tri-Cities) - they've not only gained a loyal customer but also a lifelong fan! Just Juice isn't just about healthy beverages; it's about the refreshing spirits behind the brand. They're not just selling juice; they're sharing a passion for health and happiness in every drop! First, I never make reviews like this. But my experience here was so bad. I ordered an Açaí bowl. First mistake was the lady didn’t put peanut butter (the menu stated it came with pb drizzle) I went up and the lady apologized. She added the pb and I forgave it and thanked her. Next I noticed the açaí base also didn’t have peanut butter (the menu says the base is mixed with pb) and there also wasn’t maple syrup on the topping. I finally went up to let the lady know I wanted a refund because I wasn’t happy with it. I told her the ingredients that were missing (I have a sensitive taste AND pb is my all time favorite. I’d know if it wasn’t in) and she gaslit me saying she did add all that in. She didn’t. She made mistakes but rather than taking accountability, she makes excuses, gaslights me, and refused to give a refund. Didn’t even offer to make me another one.

Also, I had ordered Chai Masala and she couldn’t find the chai spice. We had to point out the tin like “it’s this one right here”. Almost didn’t get the chai if we didn’t find it for her. The lady behind the counter had a sweet and kind demeanor, but service was trash and work ethic...

Let me tell you a story… When I walked into Just Juice for the first time and felt the scent of freshly pressed juices spray my face, I knew I was in heaven. The mix of my favorite classic tunes and the bathroom floor made out of expertly placed pennies was just a plus to the wide variety of juices they had on hand. And don’t let the name fool you, Just Juice doesn’t just have juice.. at their Kennewick location they also have some of the tastiest coffee in the Tri cities (especially if Octavio or Cambria is behind the counter, yes, those are their names, dope, I know.). And if you’re feeling a bit peckish but HATE processed foods, make a friend in Cambria because she makes the most scrumdiddilyumptious salads your tastebuds will ever be blessed with tasting, and if you’re lucky and they haven’t all been sold out, they might have some salads in stock and some super yum salad dressing!
