I work in the food service business and when it's not busy and you literally have 2 paying customers, there should be no reason for the blunt rudeness. I understand if they may have had a rush right before I got there, I don't know that. So now it's chill in there and there is no one but myself and another customer. One of the employees seemed like he was making an online order while the other was taking the order of the customer in front of me. He had a simple question on what was new on the menu and was answered with a very annoyed tone and when it was my turn and I ordered something I was answered roughly that they were out of what I wanted. I totally get being out of something but I think that there could have been a little nicer reply like, "I'm so sorry we've run out of that today, is there something else you might like or want" not just a, "we're out of that," while they continued ignoring me and talking to the other employee. I almost felt like walking out, which I should have but I unlike this employee I wanted to show some type of humanity that I did leave a tip. The roads and parking lot around there are really bad with pot holes. Not like it's their fault but I think I'll go to the one I usually go to. They've always been kind to me and have better...

One of the 2 employees on lunch rush came to tell me that it's busy inside, so that's why they aren't getting to the drive-through much. Ok... that's fine I guess. But 20 minutes?
I ordered a 6inch tuna sandwich with 4 veggies and cheese. I didn't order it toasted. The bread was crusty, not much tuna itself, missed the lettuce. The bread completely closed around the toppings...
And don't get me started on the $10 price tag for a 6 inch tuna sammy. Oh yeah.. and as I was driving away, saw their big reader board advertising 10% off all drive through orders.
Why have a drive through if you barely acknowledge the customers that use it, much less promote...
Read moreSo first off everything is slow. They don't remember anything and have to ask you to repeat your order multiple times and barely put any toppings on. This is kinda common at some subways but the issue I have is I used to work at Chick-fil-A and when one of the girls working the line washed her hands similar to the employee here, my bosses fired them in front of me on the spot for washing less thoroughly and I should have just walked out when I saw this today.
(I would think people would do a better job washing with a pandemic on and her mask not on while in the back)
Edit: My mom refused to eat her sandwich because of the employees lack of hand washing who's name is Shelly, the lack of meat in my sub was also inexcusable. I wish I could find the managers number because this...
