To pick up your preload trailer you must come during business hours the office is open, security will help you from 3pm to 8pm (according to the sign) anytime after that you must come back in the morning 6:30am to get your Trailer. Yes the shipping office can assist you at 4am but if you need any business with picking up a load or dropping off an MT container or just anything that has to do with you being a truck driver you can't do it any earlier than 6:30am. They are open on the weekends. Regular business times NOT 24/7. Guard was very kind and explained how they ran things. If the yard gate is left open do not enter it and take your load it will be reported as theft. They didn't lock it yet. There is no guards hack house. No mailbox for bill of ladings.
