Rhis was our first time at the theater since moving here. The show was amazing. I was so excited to see it. We were in the balcony along the back wall. There is not a bad seat in the place. Will definitely be back. I did have two problems. One was the two lady Ushers who were sitting in the back row talking loudly. I was surprised since they are Ushers. Number two was the lady next to us who kept turning on her flashlight to read the program before EVERY song. There was an usher sitting near us and it was annoying her as well but she just put the program up to her face instead of telling the lady to stop. Read moreWe saw Crystal Gayle in concert last night and enjoyed her performance very much. Unfortunately, the Cailloux management allowed the use of cameras and cell phones to take photos. During one song six people seated to our immediate front decided to hold up their cell phones to record video and the glow from their screens really obstructed the view of everyone seated behind them. It's very disappointing to witness such rude and self centered behavior from adults that should know better. Needless to say, I won't be attending any more concerts here until management changes...
Read moreI'm 5'8". Short by most standards there wasn't enough room for me to move my legs without hitting the head of the person in front of me. What the heck. Why can't people take an average size person and measure them and then add enough room for people to get by without having to vacate the row. Never mind the folks sitting next to me were half in my chair. The show was absolutely wonderful. The building is a fine work of art. Plenty of onsite parking. The seating was typically atrocious.
