We stopped by and found a sanctuary right in the heart of downtown! Thus pavilion is a great overlook for views of the river and park below. We saw coyote and deer in the late afternoon. Nice breeze and great fall color. Comfortable Benches. No tables. You can rent the space. No smoking allowed. Parking easily accessible when we were there.

This is a beautiful Pavillion that the city maintains very well. For a long time, I would see the city blowing out the leaves and gunk and removing the overgrown nearby weeds and collecting trash (every week-day morning)….city doesn’t play around when it comes to this pavillion.
