Refused to help a long time customer. First of all do not ask for an honest opinion about a product because they just want to sell you something. After I bought 3 products (2juices, vape pin)I quickly realized I hated the product. I simply explained that I had bought the item 2 hours prior and was not happy with it if I could get an in-store credit to get some thing else. Not even asking for my money back lol . I have spent so much money in this little place and they lost a customer over a couple of bucks. They must be hard up for money. I asked him to show me how to use the rba on the big baby beast that I bought from this shop last week. He spent about 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot it, then came to the conclusion that the deck was defective. So, he offered to take it back and sell me the cloud beast instead. He only charged me $5 to get the bigger tank and, easily and quickly, manipulated the coils, showed me how to wick and prime it. We had a business deal that if I showed them how to legally weigh out bud and correct their licenses that they did not have, that I would have their business for their flower.
