The store employee that was working on 07/10/13 at approximately 6pm was RUDE! We purchased a small item, and when we went to pay her machine said transaction FAILED. My wife & I, immediately contacted the bank, they then said the transaction went through and our money was out of the account. When we went back into the store to speak to the women. She tells my wife "YOU AND YOUR BANK HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT." At the end of the day, that art ripoff store has my money, & I have no merchandise. I am saddened that the woman responded that way. All she should have said was " when we see that we did actually charge you when we run our batch, we would like to have your home address so we can send you the item as soon as we can". She was rude I had a great time in the Key West.
