Ordered pick-up. I specifically asked the woman working the register to check all of the rolls and label their boxes. No sign of a problem. 5 out of 8 rolls were wrong - missing ingredients, added wrong ingredients, no sauces. Called to ask for a partial refund. Multiple excuses - Blamed a new chef, blamed us, then implied we were liars. Unprofessional towards my girlfriend in the background while on the phone with her. When I called he wanted us to return to the restaurant for the sauce, then wanted us to return the food in its original packaged condition for replacement rolls, finally he wanted to know where we were at so they could send a driver to our house to inspect the rolls and see that they were in the original packaged condition and incorrect. I asked several times it was policy - either to bring raw fish back into the restaurant or sending an employee into a private residence and inspecting food, and the man I spoke to refused to answer. He said I needed to be in his place and see if people calling and asking for refunds was good business. I've worked in a restaurant before and I can say with certainty that demanding access to private residences is bad business. It seeks like no one working that day knew their own products. Sad. It was initially a horrid experience as when we first arrived after walking 20 mins it started to rain and the 2 ladies at the entrance would not allow my wife, my 12yo daughter or myself stating that they were full and we would have to wait 30 mins outside in the rain..... the both women one about 48 yo and the other abt 60yo both short and stocky wearing glasses told us that we could leave our name and phone number and they would call us in abt 30 mins and ushered us out in the rain .... while waiting there happens to be an annex to misohappy named souperhappy. And a lady named Lauren asks us if we wanted to come in out of the rain. She told us she was full, but gave us an area to stand out of the rain and told us if we waited a few mins, a table should pop up. Which it did . Needless to say she was so efficient and professional, the food was great and her service was top notch. The 2 women from the other side tlstill have not called me to say a table was open.... 3hrs later .... With that said it's hard to leave a positive review. I will say Lauren and the staff from the SOUPERHAPPY...

We are long time Key West locals (two couples) who have eaten at Misohappy many times.
We had a reservation and were seated promptly. So far so good. But when we ordered from the menu, the waitperson immediately told us that "we had not ordered enough food" and said we would be hungry if we did not order more. She also made it apparent that she was disappointed that we did not order alcohol to drink (which we did not).
After finishing our meal, and paying -- another surprise. Our waitperson said "goodbye" and, when we did not immediately leave, she went to the manager, who then came to our table and said: "Did you like your meal?" Yes, we said. Good food we said. "Are you going to order dessert?" No, we replied. To which he then said, "Time for you to leave so others can have this table." This happened about 3-4 minutes after we had paid our bill and it is worth noting that NO ONE was waiting for a table.
Good food is important, and Misohappy is good. But the service and attitude of the management was disappointing and...
