I purchased a Serta Office chair on 7 Mar 2021, at 11:43 AM . I opted to have them assemble the char for $15.00. They told me it would be ready within 24 hours for pickup. I called them the following day at about 2:30 and was informed it was not assembled because they had no one to assemble it. I was told it should be ready the next day. The next day they called and left a message at about 11:45 saying the chair was ready for pickup. When I arrived on Wed 10 Mar to get the chair. The chair did not tilt, and the book for the chair was not available. I told the I had to have the book as it showed ever feature of the chair and the warranty. One employee went to a computer ,when they couldn't download the book, the attempted to give me a copy of the book that they apparently removed from another box. By this time I was ready to get a refund. Imagine, One guy told me he wasn't going to dumpster dive for a book. I ask why would anyone throw away the book that belonged to a customer, it was separate from the assembly instructions and was necessary to prove the warranty if needed and believe me any chair made by True Innovations will need replacement parts, my last chair was 5 months old and broke in Oct 2020 as of this date True innovations still have not sent me the correct replacement parts. Customer service at this location is terrible. of course this is nothing new, you always have to first find someone and them chase them down for help, it has been this way long...
Read moreThis place needs to get it together. It's an office store with very little office items in stock and barely anyone to assist. They are very short staffed, so no one was working the entire floor and only one register was open. When I asked the guy at at the register for help on the floor he explained that he was new and they were short staffed. He said that one of the workers from the fax and printing area would be out to help us when they got time. It was around 11am when I visited and the printing area was packed. The one register had a line of about 6 to 8 people waiting. I only waited because I needed a small computer desk by the next morning and although the website said they're were some in-stock, I couldn't find any of them but the display. After a little over 10 minutes a lady came out to help the three of us waiting and did her best. I was the second to be helped only to be told that there were none in-stock and that I couldn't buy the display. Also, it would be 3 days if I ordered it. The only reason I gave them two stars is because of the lady that helped. She was practically helping two people at the same time then went and helped at the register. Read moreI went here yesterday. There were 2 employees behind the counter at the Copy Center. One male and one female. The female was busy with another customer while the guy, who always seem to dodge an opportunity to assist a customer was busy doing nothing. After the female Copy Center Assistant finished with the customer in front of me she greeted me with a smile. However, the attitude of the guy behind the counter and the cashier at the register gave me the impression they really didn't want to be there. They are very lack-luster when it comes to attending a customer's needs. Needless to say, an hour and a half later the female who first helped me called 2 hours later to ask me if I wanted my fliers folded face-out or face-in. She called back seconds later to tell me their Letter Folding machine was not working. I went back and picked my job up and thanked a different person for trying. I wish they had told me this before I left the first time. Customer service is not a priority here as it is at the Temple location.
