Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Attraction in Kissimmee

I purchased a vacuum cleaner four days ago in this store and I bought this vacuum cleaner in a closed box with the help of an employee who told me the correct model I would like, but when I opened the box at home the model was wrong, I just opened the box and I closed it, I didn't remove anything from inside, it was practically there. I now went to this store in Kissimmee to return it and the attendant at the register gave me terrible service, treated me like I was trash and was stealing something, made me lose the discount I had, made me wait in line three times and was super rude . Honestly, I don't know why a person like her serves the public because we can't give this type of service, not even to animals, much less to people. I would just like to express that you have good service in this store when you buy something But if you need to exchange it You will have terrible service Unfortunately I don't know her name Because the employees don't have identification with their name But I can guarantee that I have never been so poorly served in my entire life Unfortunately, it leaves a terrible image of what the...

It's usually pretty neat but the last few months it's been kind of a mess. Although the prices are pretty decent for the noisy part, it also seems that they only hire Hispanic employees which has caused an issue with customer service several times. The employees most times either say they don't speak English or very little, either way they won't help you. I've even watched a man try to use the language translator on his phone to get help in the store because he saw me struggling to communicate with 2 of the employees. As soon as he played the message on the phone one said something in Spanish and walked away. He looked at me. I shrugged like "I don't know", he waited a few minutes for her to return before leaving the store. So, unless you speak Spanish you're not going to get much help in this store. You're on your own. I discovered this place last December while I was remodeling my place and changing flooring, etc. Their prices are out of this world. Forget the dollar store for your cleaning supplies and or snacks. And forget Lowes and Home Depot for your flooring or carpeting projects. These guys will have prices and items that Lowes and Home Depot wish they could even come close to their prices. In fact they should be ashamed of their high prices once you visit Mr Ollie’s. From bedding, to cleaning supplies, toys, snacks, foot ware, clothing, carpet cleaners, home and or garden decor, tools, kitchenware, everything. Think a mini Walmart, but focused on items you want to see when you go shopping without all the other blah blah blah and excellent prices. Not to forget the staff at the Kissimmee store is amazing.
