Craving Venezuelan food & you’re near Kissimmee, Florida? Look no farther than @eatinchips 🤭 I swear I ordered almost the entire menu, everything just looked and sounded so good! You could taste the love & dedication the chefs & owners have. If you’re a newbie to Venezuelan food, I think this is a great spot to try! There’s a good mix between familiar dishes as well as new dishes to try out. As a newbie, I really enjoyed each dish, i don’t believe there was a dish I thought was “eh”. My reviews are always honest & I always provide feedback if there’s something I dislike. Thanks for having me! My top dishes were: Tequeños Pastalitos Empanadas Patacon Carne Mechada • • #orlandofoodie #orlandoeats #venezuelanfood #eatinchips #orlandodatenight #orlandofoodblogger #floridafoodie #floridaeats

Best Venezuelan spot in Kissimmee! Atmosphere: Clean setting, definitely looks nice. I do wish they didn’t have all the seating as high top tables, some lower tables would be better especially for family parties. Service: Every worker is welcoming and nice, provided everything I was expecting which was great. It wasn’t too busy and our food came out in a good time. Drinks: I ordered a caramel latte and it was okay, lacking flavor and too much milk in my opinion but still enjoyed nonetheless. My wife ordered a mango smoothie which was also okay but expected. Food: We ordered a cachapa which was really good and delicious, I just wasn’t a big fan of the yellow cheese sauce but still enjoyed. The best part which I recommend ordering is the tequenos and empanadas which the green sauce, it is absolutely delicious and you won’t regret it! Verdict: If you’re looking for a local Venezuelan spot, this is the place! Food is awesome, drinks are okay, location is comfortable for most parties. If you want to pick up as well, I would also recommend ordering online as well which we have done before, definitely worth!

I recently visited Eat in Chips, a fantastic Venezuelan restaurant, and had a wonderful experience. Service was great, and great ambiance. We tried a variety of dishes, including empanadas with shredded beef and cheese, the arepa cabimera combo which came with 2 tequeños and a drink, and also ordered a cachapa. Each item was incredibly tasty and bursting with flavor. The empanadas were perfectly crispy, and the fillings were delicious. The green sauce they give you adds flavor. The arepa cabimera was generously stuffed and paired perfectly with the tequeños. The cachapa was a sweet and savory delight. Overall, everything we ordered was delicious, and the quality of the food was excellent. We were very satisfied and will definitely be coming back for more!

A little over 2 years ago, we were visiting friends and family in Orlando (we’re living in Minnesota) and we tried Pastelitos Chips for the first time. It was great, to the point my wife asked to go back whenever we were back in Orlando.

We were able to visit their new place, with dedicated seating and a nice atmosphere. The place was packed, with people coming in and out all the time we were there. Venezuelan Spanish can be overheard from the mostly Venezuelan clientele, which is welcome to hear when you miss your home country.

As far as the service goes, it’s very good. We were quickly taken care of and our order came out almost instantly. Food was great, the same quality of Pastelitos Chips in a more appropriate format for a standalone meal instead of the small bites that are sold in their first place. My wife had tequeyoyos and a shredded beef empanada with a passion fruit frappé, while I had my usual go-to for Venezuelan breakfast: a pair of shredded beef empanadas with a Maltín Polar. A breakfast of champions.

We will definitely come back. They have dinner service and I’m interested in finding out what they offer.

I can’t even remember when was the last time I ate a “pastelito” in US. I’m soo happy a friend recommended this place! We tried a variety of flavors of pastelitos and they were all so good. We tried carne molida (ground beef), pollo (chicken), mechada con queso (shredded beef and cheese) and pizza. They were all amazing, very flavorful, not too greasy, not too dry, simple perfect texture and size. The empanada was good as well, but definitely the pastelito is their hit. We had different drinks too (Papelón con limón, Parchita (passion fruit), Mango and Toddy (Venezuelan chocolate milk) and they were very well made, they were like a slushy very refreshing and not as thick as a smoothie, more like a frappé. The place was clean, has enough distanced seating, bathroom was clean, and staff were helpful...
