I had a really bad Experience at the food court I had ordered a chicken Ceasar salad 🥗 I went back to sit on my chair 💺 I open the salad box so I found out that salad Bring bacon I decided to go and ask her if she replace me another one she said to me I can replace just the lettuce not the chicken I said but the chicken also has bacon in it she said I don't care I told her that if I eat bacon I will end up at the hospital she said to me with cold blood I do not care and when I ask her if she can call me her boss she said I'm the boss I said ok I want my refund she said to me no refund no salad I walked out cuz it was Sunday so I ask the security guy he told me come back tmrw to talk to the mall manager so that's what I did told she said they will take care of the situation and I told her that I do not care about salad or the money but the way she manage the store and cstomer the store nam is...

SPANISH ROTTISERI- I have to give 1 star but i would of not given any if i had a choice. I stopped by Spanish Rottiseri Sunday and ordered Pupusas which had a price of $2.49 while eating i realized they had overcharged me went to let the cashier know and was told that the price has been changed to $2.99 but is not what was advertised. Basically, the cashier didnt care and told me to go back the following day to speak to the owner. On top of that the food was not that great. Pupusas were bland with no flavor and what it was supposed to have meat had more cheese that anything else. I also ordered horchata and it was water out with a lot of sugar on the bottom of the cup . The additional .50 is really not a big deal but not even an apology inatead it made me feel like oh well, it is what is it. Bad experience for a first time. Will not go back...

Beware! I visit that mall this morning and tried to buy some food from the tasty lemon acai bowl & juice bar. I felt neglected for having to wait for service so long and was brushed off to have to wait by the guy in the purple shirt for even longer for service.smh. The kicker is that I voice my opinion in there review of my experience and the owner just posted that I was stateing a lie. ??? I was hoping for a simple apologize and maybe I would try again. But after the owner stating that I have to lie about feeling mistreated trying to spend my money there. Nope! He just proved my point!!! It's sad that rich people have to treat others so badly and then expect us to spend our hard earned money there . SMH the Cuban place was great! food...
