I can’t say enough good things about Laura at Furniture Packages USA! I stumbled across their number and was lucky enough to have Laura answer the phone. Within an hour, she came out to view my home, took pictures, and just a few days later provided stunning 3D renderings that perfectly captured her vision. The final staging looked identical to the images; her design sense is impeccable: classy, modern, and practical, exactly what my six-bedroom Airbnb needed.

Laura has a true eye for detail and went above and beyond at every step. She worked patiently around my hectic doctor-schedule, made herself available after hours, and even showed up personally for the staging and photography sessions. She caught last-minute issues (like a missing comforter) and took it upon herself to fix them immediately to keep everything on track.

She helped with everything, from beds and bedding, to kitchen appliances, wall art, bath towels, TVs, and outdoor dining furniture. She even coordinated electronic installations and sourced accessories to make the space absolutely picture-perfect.

When I was disappointed with my original photographer’s work, Laura suggested another pro who not only provided high-quality photos and video, but also helped with staging. I am so glad I trusted her recommendation; it made all the difference.

Being out of state (in Michigan) while setting up a property in Florida could have been stressful, but Laura treated the project like it was her own! Her professionalism, dedication, and kindness gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. I truly do not know what I would’ve done without her.

When we bought a property at Storey Lake, in the Orlando area in Florida, I was suggested to work with Furniture Packages USA Inc to decorate and get all the necessary furniture for the house. This was the best advice I received in the entire property purchase process.

Two months before the closing date we defined the style we wanted for the house. In a short conversation with the general manager, Joe Loperena, and the design team, they grasped our taste immediately. It only took us 2 or 3 iterations in a couple of days from their first proposal to our definitive approval. The communication was fluid and easy.

Unfortunately, the closing process for the property was quite chaotic and we ended having less time than expected for the painting, decoration and furniture installation on the property. However, it all worked because Furniture Packages USA Inc had all our staff ready in advance, and, although we gave then half the time they required to accomplish their task, they completed it with the highest quality standard. When we opened our house and observed the excellent work Joe and his people had completed, it was an extremely rewarding moment.

Great experience! We used Furniture Packages USA for the design, purchase and installation of the furniture for our new 6 bed/6 bath rental property.

I worked with Laura for the room designs and all I can say is, SHE IS FABULOUS - Her designes are eye-catching, budget-friendly practical and comfortable. We get great comments from renters on the creative design as well as the layout and homey feel of the house.

Christopher was our project manager and he is super! He stayed in close contact with me to let me know when items were expected and provided options for substitutions when the supply chain issues caused delays. The pandemic and supply chain issues provided lots of challenges and Christopher navigated them with ease. He is extremely personable and easy to work with.

Furniture Packages USA contracted with GoPro for the wall decore and specialty projects. Mike and his team are tremendous to work with. Their work is high quality and reasonably priced. They built out an enclosure for the TV/Fireplace, added doors to close off the theater room and built a platform for the raised seats in the theater room. The added accent paint to all of the rooms and did a super job with the wall murals and 3D wall paper.
