Baldwin Hotel Museum — Attraction in Klamath Falls

Although our original plans for the day were derailed, we were so lucky to end up at the Baldwin Hotel Museum. I can't tell you how much fun it was to go through this museum. Truly a step back in time, not like regular museums and more of a living history experience. Furniture, clothing, personal items, all displayed as hotel rooms as well as all of the merchant stores you would have seen in town at the turn of the 20th century. We were pleased to find that this museum was open! Our tour guides were very sweet and we really enjoyed hearing about the things they knew. There is a wide variety of artifacts that you get to appreciate while learning about the local history. It was definitely a lot larger than I was expecting and I am certain we spent more time on that tour than the intended 2 hours. I would recommend it to any visitors to the area who are interested...
