Although our original plans for the day were derailed, we were so lucky to end up at the Baldwin Hotel Museum. Admission was insanely reasonable at $5, and we were led on an incredible tour by Zeke (shoutout Zeke!!). He really knew his stuff and you can tell he has a passion for the history of the region. We were enamoured by the story of iconic photography queen Maud Baldwin to the point that my friend got her initials tattooed on him later that day. We also got the t-shirts with her face on them. We love the...

I can't tell you how much fun it was to go through this museum. Truly a step back in time, not like regular museums and more of a living history experience. Furniture, clothing, personal items, all displayed as hotel rooms as well as all of the merchant stores you would have seen in town at the turn of the 20th century. Four floors filled with antiques displayed "in situ" as you would have seen them at that time. Absolutely engrossing. Not...

We were pleased to find that this museum was open! Our tour guides were very sweet and we really enjoyed hearing about the things they knew. There is a wide variety of artifacts that you get to appreciate while learning about the local history. Such a cool museum showing off the history of the area and of one of Klamath's founding families. Lots of well preserved history of past businesses. Highly suggest taking the two hour tour so you get to explore the upper floors. Our 8 year old daughter and 14 year old son really enjoyed it, so much to learn and look at!

Fantastic tour! The lady that did our tour was very knowledgeable, super nice and friendly. The tour took over an hour and we got to see almost every room and every floor. There are many rooms full of historic items. Some rooms are set up to look like the stores would have looked like when the hotel was operating.
