This place is the best! I’m visiting my grandparents from out of town and this place is the perfect place to meet and visit with friends and family. The owner is so friendly and you can tell he really cares about his shop. The yogurt is delicious and the toppings are super fresh and really tasty! But probably the most incredible part is how he genuinely cares so much for this community! He has started something called “SAFE” which stands for Safe Area For Everyone. He has also gone to other shops on Main and given them the option to participate in creating a SAFE space for anyone who might need one. This is someone who truly cares about his town and wants to see it (and its members) thrive! Klamath needs a space like this — I can only hope that the people of Klamath will take care of Lighthouse Yogurt just as much as he is working to take care of you!

He had a good crowd of people coming through at the same time but he decided to only single out me, my family including my down syndrome daughter for making a mess. (In which we had been picking up dropped toppings.) He proceeded to degrade and yell at us as his customers. Why have a place that can get messy ? Maybe your employees should serve people if you don't care for people trying things out. why have taster cups?? Don't blame customers for your business choices. Many different points i understand but customer service makes or...
