This place is the best! I’m visiting my grandparents from out of town and this place is the perfect place to meet and visit with friends and family. The owner is so friendly and you can tell he really cares about his shop. The yogurt is delicious and the toppings are super fresh and really tasty! But probably the most incredible part is how he genuinely cares so much for this community! He has started something called “SAFE” which stands for Safe Area For Everyone. He has also gone to other shops on Main and given them the option to participate in creating a SAFE space for anyone who might need one. This is someone who truly cares about his town and wants to see it (and its members) thrive! Klamath needs a space like this — I can only hope that the people of Klamath will take care of Lighthouse Yogurt just as much as he is working to take care of you! Edit because I forgot to include this the first time: He was so sweet with my grandparents who couldn’t figure out how to work the yogurt machine. He came around the counter and helped them sample different flavors and fill up their cups! Truly so kind and made a huge impression on my family.

A nice escape when the weather is hot. The frozen yogurt hits the spot. Flavor was ok. Few frozen yogurt options yet plenty of topping options from candy, chocolate, to fruit. Service was great. Price is average and what you expect. A bit less expensive from the franchise type locations. Plenty of inside seating. Seems like this store contributes to the community.

Such a wonderful downtown treasure for a sweet treat! They always have new flavors, and you are welcomed to try before committing! The toppings range from unique candies, mochis, crumbles, fruits, and drizzles for every taste bud! I always have to get a divider because I cannot make up my mind on ONE flavor combo.

The selection of flavors varies, however, they always have a good mix of healthy and more dessert-style flavors. Topping selection remains the same but there is a massive variety ranging from fruit to cookie pieces to caramel syrup...you go in and you get your cup, choose at least one flavor (and divider if necessary) then you pick any number of toppings. If you’re like me and you like a whole bunch on your treat it’s a little pricey but it’s well worth it. Delicious, clean, and they’re actually knowledgeable about what different things taste like. One guy in particular seems to legitimately enjoy thinking up the flavor selection and explaining the different choices. Steven the owner is really cool. They even have water bowls for the pet...

Me and my family have gone to light house many times. Previously Steven was a very polite nice gentleman. After last night we wont be back. He had a good crowd of people coming through at the same time but he decided to only single out me, my family including my down syndrome daughter for making a mess. (In which we had been picking up dropped toppings.) He proceeded to degrade and yell at us as his customers. Why have a place that can get messy ? Maybe your employees should serve people if you don't care for people trying things out. why have taster cups?? Don't blame customers for your business choices. Many different points i understand but customer service makes or...
