We went there earlier this evening to watch the new Aquaman 3D version. We were in the theater alone watching ads when the volume went down and then turned to strange noise. When the volume peaked at a very high pitch, I went out to ask what was going on while plugging my ears.
Security told me they were trying to find out and I told them my wife was still sat in the theater. She had to walk from the top down a flight of stairs plugging her ears as well unaided. The security staff wear ear prices, so they have some form of protection from the noise. Not 1 of them offered my wife a helping hand. No one came in to check to see if the theater was empty when what we learned was a speaker blown.
A team leader named Ireland was very nice and apologetic of the incident. He wanted to refund our tickets, concessions and get us vouchers. What we got was a refund not in full of the tickets as I got 25 bucks, even though the tickets cost 28. No refund on concessions, even though we left them behind in the theater. We we got was 2 vouchers for a small popcorn fro what I assume was the manager. He even admitted he was in the booth messing with the controls and didn't check if the theater was empty.
I am absolutely appalled by this cinematic experience. Nearly 20 bucks lost and still never got to see the film. They could have at least let us watch it free, just not in 3D.
We were visiting on Christmas evening after a fantastic meal and this was supposed to be the hilight of the day. What it became was a noise nightmare.

   Read moreThey remodeled the theater and all and all, on day 1, horrible experience. Called twice, the second time asking for a manger. We were asking if they were partnered with Fandango, as they are listed on the site, but had no movies listed. Were told both times that yes, they do. Assumed the reason we couldn't purchase online was because of the remodel, and trusted the two employees. We were told just to bring our Fandango Giftcard in and they could do it.
Got to the theater and was told by the cashier the only way to use Fandango (had a giftcard) was to do it online. After showing the site to the employee a manager had made her way over, and informed us that no, they had nothing to do with Fandango. We had to purchase tickets with cash instead. Would have walked out there if it were not for the fact that others in our group had already bought tickets.
Walking through the new lobby it looked nice and clean, good because it was just opened that day. Got to our theater (room 6) and immediately noticed a rattling noise above our seats. Some kind of vent was rattling loud enough to hear over the room of talking. From there on any time the film went quiet we could here the rattling of the vent. Well, except for the multiple times the people behind us talked, while they enjoyed drinking their alcohol brought into the theater. Good job staff checking on that kind of stuff!
All and all I will be going to the other theater in town for my movies. Sure, it was freshly remodeled, but I have never had such a bad...

I came here with my friends excited to watch a movie, and instead of enjoying ourselves, we ended up being kicked out because of one jealous person. What made it even worse was how the staff handled the situation â they didnât take the time to hear our side of the story, didnât ask any questions, and just assumed we were the problem.
We paid for our tickets like everyone else, we werenât being disruptive, and we came there just to have fun. Instead, we were treated unfairly and singled out for no real reason. It felt disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. If the staff had actually cared to investigate, they would have realized we werenât at fault at all.
Getting thrown out of a movie you paid for â because of someone elseâs jealousy â is not just embarrassing, itâs frustrating. The whole night was ruined. Iâll definitely think twice before ever coming back here, and I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone who expects...
