I frequently visit this store and was browsing through the Funko Pops when I witnessed something quite unsettling that has made me rethink my choice of where to purchase my games. While the employee was simply doing his job, it seemed his name tag was not visible, which led to an unnecessary outburst from some lady not sure if she was a manager or someone from corporate. Her loud reaction created an uncomfortable atmosphere, leaving the entire store in an awkward silence. Regardless of her position, such behavior is unacceptable, and I would be concerned if I were the employee or even the owner of the company. For the employee who was reprimanded over something so trivial, I would seriously consider seeking employment elsewhere, as itās disheartening to realize that they may not support you in such situations especially for something as minor as a name tag that is just embarrassing. To top it off, she had the nerve to say it out loud and in front of all the other employees that were at the registers that he had just received his first scolding Iām assuming he had to be new but thatās not right everyone should be held with a level of respect. Had to buy a new one to get a controller that didn't have a issue. Then bought a game, at first was given wrong game in the case. Not a problem got fixed immediately but when got the actual game, was told it was the full version of ff7 remake and intergrade when it wasnt.....a game should be more clear...even was told they put both parts of the game on the disc and that was wrong. Made sure to sign me up and told me about the trade in for consoles, now I am coming back to trade in my consoles and controllers.
