The owner is the reason I will never find myself entering this store again. I do want to say that all other employees are considerate and understanding; however, the experience with the older lady today was completely unacceptable. I came to return a thai tea as the drink tasted foul, as if the milk had spoilt. She proceeds to tell me my taste buds are off, that I must be sick and she will not honor a remake or return. I don’t understand what kind of business you intend to run with the poor customer service you clearly displayed. There is a clear lack of professionalism in this establishment and there are many other local vendors in the valley to support than...

I been going to Ms.Boba since it's opening.The atmosphere is so welcoming time and time agian.The decor is bubbly and fun. MS.Boba tea and coffee have a wide variety of drinks.Thier matcha selection is delicious.Having the option to select sugar level is fantastic addition.Pastry options are good.Try the cream puffs..they're great!The Vietnamese Sandwich(sausage), with or without spice is good.The one thing I'd like to see is more fizz in their soda themed boba drinks. All in all,it's worth your money & time to visit and enjoy some high quality boba drinks...
