Never had a bad time quick quack until today. I went in for a car wash, and I simply just wanted to pay for it. I didn’t care about the promotion they’re having for free month. Whatever they had. All I wanted was a simple car wash. I don’t care about paying for it. However, the gentleman which I will not name was very persistent, and trying to get me to subscribe after. I told him multiple times. I do not want to subscribe monthly. All I wanna do is pay for my car wash. He kept saying put your email on the tablet. This will reoccur monthly for a pay. And I repeated it to him. I respect the hustle. I understand the subscription thing, and the business side of it, but all I want. Is one car wash that I will pay for. The young man decided to asking me what experiences I had. I told him. Thank you for your concern. However, all I’m here is is to have a car wash. That’s all nothing more. May I please pay for my car wash, the gentlemen continue to try to sell me into a subscription, which again I’ve told him multiple times that I do not want to subscription. All I wanna do is pay for my car wash. He got a little frustrated with me and kept asking me. Are you having a bad experience and I told him at this point all I wanted was a car wash, and I wanted to pay for it. And that’s it. But he kept insisting for me to subscribe and I find that to be unfair. For people who just want a car wash, so yes, I had a bad experience. Unfortunately, at this car wash all the other ones. I’ve been fine until this one. It was on my way to work. I just wanted a simple wash. Unfortunately it became a hassle. I am a member couldn't wait for this one to open cause its the closest to our house . I like it its convenient clean does a great job . We use it regularly . But you've been giving free washes which is fine . But today I wanted to wash my vechile only to find about 30 vechiles there in all the lanes . Terrible. I went and got a membership and they literally shove so many people in the line. My car was hit inside of the car wash. I filed a report and have been asking to talk to the manager for a month now. And they still charged me for the membership , when the day of the accident I told them to cancel it! Don't go here unless you want your car to get hit and scratched because they shove so many people in the line. They don't answer...
