It was our first time here. We drive past this casino every week, but we were able to stop by. If you've ever been to allstar lanes and casino in silverdale, that's the vibe we got from Fortune Casino, and that's a good thing. We love going to Allstar. We got the same vibes. From the employees to the atmosphere. We had already eaten so we didn't get to try the food, but we heard the food is really good. They have table games and poker. Poker has high hands every hour and so did the pai how table we were on. High hand is $100. I got a high hand in pai gow and no one beat my high hand so I got $100! The staff is very friendly, and some of them are funny too. Overall, we love this casino a lot. We can't wait to come and try the food :) 2/23/24. We visit this casino again tonight, but this time, we got a chance to try the food. Decent size menu, front and back option. Anywhere from American food, to chinese, to Vietnamese. We started with some crab rangoon, which was pretty good. The fact that these had more crab inside and just enough rangoon...perfect mix! My girl got the Bahn Mi and I got the prime rib dip with onion rings and a side of bacon mac and cheese. Overall, the food was really good. We thought the flavors were on point. Definitely can't wait to come back again to try...
Read moreI've been coming here since I was 21, I am 39 now. Had a really bad experience with the casino staff and customers and staff and am really disappointed. There was a lady playing next to me at the face up pai gow table and she was betting a lot more than me. I went bust after buying in for $60 and came back to the table to watch the game while I waited for my ride which was coming in like 5 minutes tops. Lady goes, "whoa whoa dude, not cool, I hate it when people watch, if you wanna play buy in, ill buy out and she's pulling all sorts of hysterical antics. Dealer backs her up and says unless I am playing, I am not allowed at the table. I seriously doubt that is a rule but I am like okay sure, didn't want to make a big fuss. The quality of this place is still alright I suppose but the respect is just not there. I've lost tens of thousands here over the last 18 years and now they are freaking out over giving me an $18 food comp. Last time I asked the pit guy told me he'd do it, "Just this once". To be fair, I ask for a lot of comps. I just don't really know what to say. For a hole in the wall casino down the street you'd think they'd treat their regulars right but I guess my $60 or $100 or $200 is no good here. I'll just take it somewhere else...
Read moreThis Restaurant /Casino is a bit of a hidden gem. It used to be the only thing at this exit right off I-5. It's now in close proximity to all kinds of corporate retail...Home Depot, Harley Davidson, Les Schwabe, Walmart, Cabelas, and all kinds of fast food. There are a few decent restaurants nearby too. All of them overpriced and lacking any originality. Hawks Prairie Casino is unique in that they #1, serve really good food at really good prices. #2, they also house a Casino. #3, they're right off the freeway with TONS of shopping all around...(see the map)...but nowadays there are fast food restaurants parked in front of the Casino and seriously without knowing they're there you might not ever realize it and what a hidden gem and kind of island away from all the ugliness of Corporate America. I don't gamble but we sat near where the Cooks were outputting orders and I enjoyed watching 5-7 people betting on horseracing from all around the country on big screen TV's. I always enjoy the service, menu, location, and atmosphere here. Pancake special with two eggs and two pieces of bacon...$7.00...pancakes were huge...
