Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lacey

This is a review update after 1 year. I went here on my way to work on 10/25/2023 at around 4:45pm. I went through the drive thru. I placed an order for a number 3 combo (burrito supreme and crunchy taco) 2 bean burritos and 2 potato soft tacos. The older woman taking the order was super frazzled and stressed out. She seemed to be struggling to take my order along with multitasking other things. I get to the window and greet by a rude younger woman (black long hair and looked younger than 21) they took payment and handed me my drink with so much force I thought she was trying to throw it at me. After about 30 seconds, the person bagging my food threw it at the cashier. The cashier stuck her hand in my bag of food and jostled the bag around. I didn't think much of it at the time as I was in a hurry to get to work. When I got to work, I noticed my crunchy taco was smashed to peices and dumped in the bag. The two bean burritos both had finger holes poked through them. Food was totally unable to eat. I have not gone back as my anger is so through the roof with this location I fear I would have a heart attack from yelling at these people! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I also tell everyone of the nearly 900 people I work with, on the other side of the freeway, to avoid this place...

While this particular Taco Bell does have a few good employees, I have found it time and time again to be significantly inferior to any Taco Bell I have ever visited in the United States. I will concede that it’s possible that somewhere on this planet there is another Taco Bell that might be worse, but it would take the combined effort of incompetence so Herculean in its force that people would inevitably say, “If they just put their effort into doing good, they might create world peace.”

So,, do you want your order wrong 90% of the time? Tacos with barely any ground beef? Rude employees who forget that you are standing right there in front of them while they serve a fellow employee who got in line 5 minutes after you did yet somehow got his food 5 minutes before you? Look no further! This is your restaurant!

To the girl with blue hair and another girl who works there (and undoubtedly one or two or three others): this does not apply to you. You are great.

To the other employees: when people see fast food workers demanding increases to their minimum wage, you may notice most people roll their eyes and scoff. You are the reason they do that.

Oh, it’s pretty clean in there, too.

I am very disgusted with the managers behavior at Taco Bell May 17,2024 at 11am! The associate asked for help because our card was charged but didn’t show as processed on their end, the young lady asked for help and she spoke faintly because clearly god zilla of a manager came at her bickering very rudely about what is that you want? What do you want now?! All angry and over stressed, wailing her arms at the associate not giving her time to explain, yet before that she had spoke up about what was going on and the manager is on a power trip not listening. If you can’t handle the stress of fast food restaurant as a MANAGER then please DONT BE A DAMN MANAGER because the associates don’t need you to belittle them when reaching out for help! You’re a manager for a reason right? So act like a manager and have patience and respect for your associates! They hire anyone as a manager that can’t hold the stress, they just explode the moment they are called for help! This associate looked like a new gal, have some patience because I am sure she done cried her eyes out the way the manager spoke to her. Manager was short, white with black hair maybe in her late 30s or early 40s! Just utterly...
