Lakeview Smoke & Vape — Attraction in Lake View Township

This store is incredible. The staff that I have worked with are Zen, Sam, and the owner Ifran. The interior of the shop appears to be fully stocked but being in a wheelchair limited me not really being able to see much. I transitioned from smoking Camel Wide Red cigarettes to the JUUL device with preloaded pods in a variety of flavors which they have stocked well for their customers. So I pull up in front of the store and then the staff usually greet me outside unless I am in a wheelchair transport vehicle and my driver goes in and picks up what I have asked for to be put aside for me. Zen is the salesman that I have worked most closely with and was so great when I was be driven by the other day. I wanted to buy more pods but I also wanted a second device in the event that I misplaced my current one. He informed me that while I could spend $40+ on a new JUUL, JUUL had a special promotion on starter kits with $20 off. This was a no brainer because the starter kit also comes with 4 mixed flavor pods as well as a charger. So basically Zen had my Virginia Tobacco pods as well as a brand new device and he kindly came out of the store and to my van to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The staff has been wonderful on the phone and in person and their prices are beyond fair compared to other exclusively vape shops where the prices are inflated and they have a certain air of being better than me. Buying vape products from Lakeview Tabacco and Vape’s staff are not snobs like the other stores. Lakeview Tabacco and Vape’s staff is just what I want in a store with a staff that is informative, gives me personal options on flavors when I have asked, and they care about making sure that they appreciate my business. For all of your tobacco needs, I highly recommend Lakeview Tobacco and Vape for your JUUL devices and pods as well as an enormous array of tobacco products. I gave it five stars based on 2 key factors #1. The PACKAGE of coils I bought for my Prince tank cost $15.00 + tax of course so like $16.96! INSANELY good price for the entire package! & #2. There were 3 huge boxes of discount juices, alot of them good name brands. This is hugely helpful if you're like me: out of juice & waiting for it to come in the mail so your not looking to spend $30.00 on a 60ml. bottle just like $6.99 on a 30ml. while you're waiting! Other than that, the guy was very nice & as helpful as his vape knowledge could let him be! (I've been vaping for about 6yrs. now, so it wasn't a problem FOR ME that the guy didn't seem to know a whole lot about it) But if your new to vaping & just getting your first device, I personally wouldn't go here! Terrible place. They overprice and will mark up the price at the register if you don’t pay attention. One thing I love is they’ll tell you about a discount but up charge the discount price to be more than the actual item. Be sure to ask prices before you get to the register and pay attention to your total during checkout. They will scam you. With the store being small and everything behind a counter, you’d think they won’t follow you and let you browse but they stand right next to you and stare. I’ve seen them blatantly ignore certain people who are currently in the shop to get up and follow others of a certain demographic who walks in. A ton of their products are stale.
