Rooms To Go Patio — Attraction in Lakeland

After Hurricane Milton left our outdoor furniture a complete mess, we visited the R2Go Patio location in Lakeland for our first stop. We were greeted by Ms. Kathy, who was very friendly and welcoming. We found an outdoor patio set we liked but we let her know this was our first stop and we wanted to check out a few other stores. She was very understanding and not pushy at all. After visiting 3 other locations, we came back to our first stop to see Ms. Kathy (we wanted to make sure we ONLY spoke to Ms. Kathy) and luckily she was still there. My husband and I were torn - we have different taste and visions for outdoor furniture, but Ms Kathy helped us put together a set that was a perfect compromise for both me & my husband. We both got exactly what we wanted and we left so happy!! I highly recommend this location and I recommend you ask for Ms. Kathy - she is so wonderful, very insightful, she offers great suggestions and she understood that I’m a visual person and I need to see things laid out a certain way before I can make a commitment. We looked at and considered a lot of options for a new patio set and went in to see the options that were available at Rooms to Go Patio and we were greeted by Daniel. He gave us a brief rundown of where everything was gave us some additional information on options. After that for me one of the best things you can do in sales is he let us be to browse the store on our own and we narrowed down our choices and wen we had a few selected he carefully and with incredible knowledge of the products we able to assist in the decision to purchase a new patio set. From the moment my mom and I walked into the store on North 98, Lakeland, Kathy welcomed us with a smile, and not just a smile, you could tell she was genuine. She only talked to us long enough to make us feel welcome and then gave us our space to browse, which I appreciate so much! When the time was right, she answered all of our questions, made great suggestions and made my purchase one of the most pleasants I have experienced in a while.
