I purchased a quad flame hand torch almsost a week ago. I work during the week so I had to wait until today to bring it back. The gentleman who sold it to me was there along with the owner. I explained it lit when i tried it in the store. I havent been able to work whatsoever at my residence. I made referance to the gentleman who sold me the torch who neither confirmed or denyed my existence. Then the owner tells me, " this torch was dropped, see how the forks were bent" I saw what he was talking about and asked for an exchange for a working one...SINCE I PURCHASED IT IM THAT CONDITION "I can sell you the same torch or a diff one for 10% off" I have worked in retail 20 years. I have a full grasp how defective vendor returns are handled, imagine if you went into Walmart. My tv is defective " too baf, but you can buy another one for 10% off" Ive gotten used to being ignored if i enter the store and the male employees are helping females. BUYER BEWARE, IF THEY SELL YOU DAMAGED MERCH, THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT EVEN IF THEY GET VENDOR CREDITS. although one time i went in and felt rushed while looking up terpene profile of the flower that was being shown and the guy working was impatient and was like “the thc level is on the front” almost scoffing at me. like ok cool obviously i’m looking into it deeper for whatever reason like… i am allowed to?

This is a very cool establishment that has parts for your vaporizers at a very good price; vaporizers, clothing, incense, gummies & glass & much more, To include candles! I went on Amazon to buy Beamer Candles because I didn’t think I would be able to find them anywhere else and learned this morning Hippy House have Beamer Candles, of which, Use enzymes rather than perfumes to neutralize odors and unlike Ozium Products, are safe for cats and humans and I can attest that the candle named trap house works really well because I’m living above a trap house that is used for crack and methheads….EEK!!! Double EEK!! I have an Ohio medical marijuana card and they also give me 10% off their gummy products so if you want to support an awesome business that is also local, this is the place to go and everybody exudes awesome vibes that works there and I’m sure it’s a requirement.
