Sally Beauty — Attraction in Lakewood

I hadn't been to Sally Beauty in a long time. I was impressed with the product line but not the customer service. At first, a female employee was helpful but then I went to check out. This is when it got bad. The female employee was helping another while I was waiting. Ok, that's understandable. Everyone takes their turn. A male employee then comes up and stands behind a register. Doesn't say a word, looks bored. Then another customer bypasses me and stands in front of the employee who then rings up the order. The first cashier is still ringing up the first customer, I then go to Mr. I am so bored, and proceed to check out. He asks me if I would like to sign up for the rewards program, I said no, I wasn't planning to come back. I then asked him if he saw me standing there, he said no. No apology. Every time I go to this location I have a bad experience. The last time I went here I was followed throughout the entire store as if I was a shoplifter. All I carried on me was my debit card. I had no bags or purse on me so I had no reason to be profiled while I was shopping. Today I went to make a purchase for the 4 for $20 sale and pulled up the included brands that were listed online to make shopping in store easier because they did not have every brand tagged with the sale. It did not ring up in store and the associate would not honor it even though I showed her it was included. as I walked away I heard the associate make a snide comment about how I pulled up the online sale and she hates when customers do that because...

I was a bit disappointed going into today which usually isn't the case. The girl that was training that checked me out was super rude to me. I asked to put my phone number in for my rewards and just how quickly she turned to me to say that she had already done that and "that's why I asked for you phone number" rudely when in fact she did not ask. Then on top of that I actually gave her my phone number for my rewards and she still didn't use it because after that I saw on my receipt I didn't get my professional discount.
