I don't normally post negative reviews, but I've just had so many bad experiences with FedEx in general, and this location in particular over the last 5 years. A lot of it is bad FedEx policies, but it does seem like all the problems I've had happened at this particular office.
Most recently I parked in a spot marked with a sign saying to call in for curbside pick up and drop off of packages. I called the number on the sign, and the representative didn't have a clue what I was talking about. It sounds like they were supposed to remove this sign but didn't.
Then I went inside. All I want to do is drop off a package. But because my tape slightly overlapped the barcode, it wouldn't scan. (For those who don't know, this just means they have older, poor quality scanners that can't handle anything even slightly reflective.) I had to find the label in my email, and email it to the store. Unlike UPS and USPS, they can't just type in the tracking number and print out a new label from that. Nope -- that would be too helpful. Their system can't handle that. Sending an email was annoying, but then it took forever for them to even receive my email... who knows why. Never have other issues with email. But all together, what would have been a 20 second drop off at UPS or USPS took over 10 minutes, for an already stamped package ready to go.
Which then reminds me of that time I bought in a package that was bulging ever so slightly. I guess that's not allowed. And by not allowed I don't mean: they charged me an extra fee for an irregular item like most shipping companies would. No, I mean they wouldn't accept an irregular package at ALL.
I could go on with other bad experiences, a mix of poor service and just un-customer-friendly policies. But suffice it to say, while they're often slightly cheaper than the competition, the difference now has to be pretty large for me to go with FedEx. I dread when I have to drop by...
Read moreHorrible customer service. Listening to employee complain because more customers kept coming in. That means they are there to make the business you work for more money. Probably shouldn't feel unwelcome at a store your potentially giving money to. So after a long wait, I set up an order for a custom book/journal to be printed and binded. I would provide the paper. So I return with the paper which had to be special ordered, and the same guy who started my order, decided to change everything and try to make it into something he tought it should be. Then I told him no, I wanted the original order we set up and he said it was impossible and couldn't be done. And that i needed to have 2 books made which was more money. I drove 2 min down the street to Office depot and one guy behind the counter was busy and doing everything himself. No complaining and it took 5 min to process my order and it ended up being ten bucks cheaper than what FedEx was charging. I will never go to another FedEx for anything and all of my Army counterparts will see my book completed and will be recommended to Office Depot. That is alot of money that business will be giving to Office Depot. Check your employees FedEx, in the long run its hurting...

I visited this location on 1/17/2025, and I was appalled by the behavior of two female staff members. They went on an open and disrespectful rant about how âMLK Dayâ is a made-up holiday. They claimed FedEx doesnât celebrate âmade-up holidaysâ and even went as far as to say that the holiday is for âlazyâ people.
One staff member, whose name I believe is Liz, was particularly vocal. She made it a point to express her distaste for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, showing complete disregard for its historical significance and for those who honor the holiday.
Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but it is completely inappropriate and unprofessional for employees to openly demean a holiday that commemorates the life and legacy of a civil rights leader who fought for equality. This behavior was not only offensive but also alienating to customers like me, who expect a respectful environment.
I am urging corporate to address this issue immediately. These kinds of attitudes and behaviors should not be tolerated in a workplace or anywhere else. This experience left me deeply uncomfortable and disappointed, and I am now questioning whether I will continue to do business with FedEx...
