So this is for the man with the beard and I believe bald head that was working at 4pm on Valentineâs Day 2025. Sweetheart, you canât just look at someone whoâs shopping minding their own business and decide in your head. Oh theyâre definitely stealing Like you should wait until they actually try to steal because otherwise thatâs just discrimination. My dog is very spoiled. I spend at least 4 to 500 in your store a month. Iâve never stolen from there. I also donât need to steal because I make in one or two days. What you make in a two week paycheck. And just to enlighten you because apparently you donât know this, but when you have teeny tiny little items, and you put those in one of the shopping carts with all the holes in them, Guess what happens? They fall through! Yep, thatâs right when you put those in with nothing to keep them from doing so they fall through the holes and they fly all over the floor. So whenever I have little things, I put my jacket and the little baby seating area and I put things that are tiny on top of my jacket so they donât fall through. I donât know why you followed me aisle to aisle. I literally was just shopping and putting things in my cart. It didnât look like I was attempting to steal because I wasnât. I grabbed things and then I put them in my cart. And so you waited until I was checking out and went to the register across to sit there and stare, and as I started at the back of my car moving towards the front, I put two things on the counter, and you raced over and said you have things in your jacket! Like no shit dude I donât have 18 hands. I canât put everything in the car at one time. If youâve had waited and I purposely didnât put those things on the counter and I said that that was it thatâs all I needed to buy then yes you doing something like that at that time would make complete sense but thatâs not what happened at all. Iâm sympathetic to the fact that theft is a huge problem at many retail stores, but accusing people of stealing before they steal is honestly just weird. You basically just treated a customer who spends more than most like a thief because you jump to conclusions Iâm assuming because I have a lot of tattoos And it was interesting to see her eyes a light with wonder when I pulled all the hundreds out of my wallet. It mustâve been very eye-opening to see that not all of us are living in poverty. Do better and stop harassing people Iâll be coming in in the future youâre welcome to check me and all of my bags at the door, but leave me alone...
Read moreDONT BUY THEIR SALTWATER FISH!!! Bought a Blue Tang fish, along with a couple Clownfish. Drove home, maybe 10mins away from the this location, and the Blue Tang was barely even moving. But acclimated her to the tank for 30mins or so and floated out. Not breathing or swimming. She had a white ish on her belly. After waiting to be sure she passed, I called Petco and I was told to bring the dead fish in. But my hubby had read on the Petco.com website NOT to bring the dead fish to the store but instead take a photo and contact customer service. So prior to going to the store I contacted customer service and was told to go to the local store because customer service can not issue a refund/replacement unless purchased at Petco.com. So I go to the Lakewood location where they were purchased. Talked to the associate upfront and explain what happened but that I needed to keep it low key because my special needs daughter who had been saving her money to get her fish didn't understand what/why/where her "Dory fish" went. The associate was very understanding and said yes of course just go back to the fish area and get the replacement and let the lady working in the aquarium know. So I did just that and she says they can't replace with the other Blue Tang nor could we purchase it, because it was sick. And then said they don't return saltwater fish. But to talk to a manager. So I go back to the front and asked for a manager. She wasn't there but was told to contact Alecia the following day, and that they would get it all taken care of because they wouldn't upset my daughter. I called the following day, and asked for Alecia. She said well "I don't know anything about fish." Put me on hold for a minute and comes back and says sorry we won't be giving a refund or exchange. ...

I dropped my Schnoodle off at 10:30, in standard grow out condition, no matted hair, requested they use an #5 on her body and teddy bear cut on her face, ears, and tail, as a previous salon last did, and was quoted 2-3 hours, which is very standard.
I received a call at 1:30, which I expected to hear my dog was finished and ready to be picked up. Much to my surprise, I was instead informed the groomer had left and my dogâs service was not complete.
She had been there for THREE HOURS to only be pre-cut and bathed. When I arrived to pick her up she was still wet, her fur is uneven, and her tail is completely bald. After seeing their pre-cut work itâs probably best that her services couldnât be completed. Who knows how shaven she would have otherwise been.
I can understand an emergency. What I donât understand is why my dog was there for 3 hours only to be kept in a kennel and minimally serviced. Had the groomer not left in the middle of the day when would my dog have been done? At the 5 hour mark? The amount of dogs that were in kennels in the back yelping when I arrived to pick up my wet dog was overwhelming. After speaking with the store manager, Tori, itâs clear that this location is poorly managed, and they should be ashamed of how they treat those dogs. If you canât attend to the amount of dogs you are booking, reduce the amount of appointments you allow to be booked. Itâs a...
