Sunshine Foot Massage Tacoma (Imperial Foot II) — Attraction in Lakewood

TL;DR Terrible experience. Wait time was way longer than promised, my friend never even got service and left. My massage was filled with interruptions—constant texting, phone calls, and even a swap to a different masseuse mid-session. The door was left open multiple times, killing any sense of privacy. On top of all that, the masseuse tried to upsell and input a higher amount on the card reader than I approved. Absolutely not worth it. Avoid this place unless you’re into chaos and getting scammed.

I don’t even know where to begin :/ listen.. I’m a big fan of being around a hot mess of a garbage fire just to see the aftermath but as far as being in one? Not my favorite place to be but boyyyy when i tell you the day i went was the closest I’ve ever been in one. The adorable older man at the front was kind of enough to greet us and tell us it was about a 10 minute wait, but his poor understanding of time unfortunately led to an unpleasant experience not only for one individual but two :(. Shortly after my friend and I got situated in two separate rooms my experience? Absolutely terrible his experience? He didn’t get one because he left after waiting for so long for no one to ever come in his room until getting redressed and asking someone how much longer?

Now that i have you all roped in let’s circle back to my very lackluster, mundane, and irritating experience. The lady’s phone kept going off in my ear and you bet your bottom dollar she didn’t hesitate to answer every single text, and 3 phone calls. I swear, I felt one hand more than two the whole hour i paid for. At one point i looked up and a whole different lady was massaging me. Should i get into the lack of privacy? As she left 4 different times she left the door open enough to see more than enough for you to imagine, another employee had to shut the door because she was gone for so long.

I knewwww from the jump sis was scammer the way she kept leaving, and not massaging me evenly but what really had me was when she asked how much did i want to pay and i responded with 75 dollars why did sis tell me “that’s all?” She input 80 on her card reader thinking she was gonna get me, ahht ahht ahht i dont know what you thought this was but its not that. After showing her i only had 70 dollars in my Apple Pay it was only then she input 70 on her card reader

My partner and I scheduled a last minute couple's massage. I didn't have an issue with the my massaue; however my partner's issue is the reason why we won't go back to Sunshine Foot Massage. He unnecessarily rubbed my partner's belly multiple times (before, during, and after the session) and burped multiple times throughout the massage. The staff members talked to each other during the time we had a massage which I felt was very unprofessional. Additionally, I should have spoken up and said that we wanted to get a private room since we are a couple. I also didn't like the fact how the personnel were standing right next to me when I was cashing out waiting. Such made me very uncomfortable and put me on the spot as I wanted to tip my partner's massaue less as he was unprofessional with his belly rubbing and burping mannerism. With that said, 1 ⭐ will be given and we will definitely bringing our $132 business else where and even if we have to drive to Federal Way to L& H Massage once a month, we will do such because professionalism and mannerism are important aspects we look at to support small businesses in today's...

These people were very unprofessional and rude. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, they tried up-selling me for 5 whole minutes. I kept telling them I did not want the massage that included also doing my head and arms, only my feet because I had a sunburn and they kept trying to force me. Finally they backed down after my persistent rejection. When my foot massage was over I paid with my card. The woman checking me out asked how much did I want to tip. When I told her how much she laughed in my face. The massage was terrible, the guy was rough and at one point about halfway through he got up and went somewhere else for 10 minutes. I shouldn’t have tipped at all, but to be laughed at after was so rude. I will never go here again. My two friends who recommended this place also said they won’t be returning after they heard how I was treated. These people are unskilled, rude and unprofessional.
