TV Time Appliance — Attraction in Lakewood

I'll be honest and say I wasn't too sure of this company based on the name and location alone but once I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted and helped immediately. The sales woman walked us through our options in our price point. We found a matching washer dryer set that we were interested in. My husband noticed two Bounce bars were stuck on the inside of the dryer. We were concerned our clothes would get caught on them, as we don't use that product for our fabric softener. The sales woman explained they would normally not be in there but they were short-handed. She said she would try to remove them when she got a chance. We tried to haggle but there weren't very many matching sets so the sales woman said she couldn't reduce the cost at all. We said that was fine but wanted to check out a couple other used appliance stores before we made our final decision. We went around to a couple other stores...none of them could come close to TV Time's price and none offered a 1-year warranty and/or free delivery. TV Time was definitely our best option and by a landslide. We hurried back to TV Time to purchase the set and arrange delivery. We were able to get our washer and dryer delivered the next day. The delivery was exactly on time and our delivery man was very professional, quick and ensured the set was working properly before leaving. We were pleasantly surprised to notice the two Bounce bars had been removed and the drum looked perfectly clean! I am so happy with our purchase, professionalism and the opportunity to support such a wonderful local, family business. I cannot recommend TV Time...

I went to this business after reading its reviews online. I just walked out of this business after my niece and I went in to purchase a used refrigerator to put in my garage. There was a couple pulling out of the parking lot and no other customers in the store. Threre was a female employee and two male employees in the store. No one greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. I looked at a refrigerator on the back wall to give them a chance to acknowledge us, no response. As we walked out of the business, the female employee walked outside behind us and did not offer assistance or ask if we needed any. I can't say this was a racial incident not knowing the individuals, what I can say is that I will not be going to this business in the future, but will let my friends and other professional individuals I know what type of...

We had a super positive experience buying a dryer here. We needed a dryer that we could get down our basement stairs, which was just under the standard 27" of most dryers. After days of scouring the internet without successfully finding one that could be delivered before April, I'd come to the stressful conclusion we'd just have to buy a 27" and take it apart to get it down. Went in, explained our situation, and the gentleman pointed us to the 26" dryer I'd been searching for at a much lower price than I was expecting to pay. The 3-prong cord was attached/ included AND he gave us a 4-prong for no extra charge in case our outlet wasn't a 3-prong. We were in and out in 5 minutes.
