They're just overrated anymore. Food portion just gets smaller and smaller. Won't be back. Update:. Stopped by olive garden the other day. After first being put in the bar on stools and by self, stuck sitting in the middle of everyone. Thinking everyone would be observant. I WAS WRONG!! After sitting for 21 minutes (waiting on a glass of water) right by the spot that everyone that works there, seemed to gather and gossip. Non the less, even though the bartender continued to look up at me and other waitresses, passed me several times; it took me literally reaching I to one and asking, DO YOU NOT HAVE THE SAMPLER PLATTER OF PICK TWO OR THREE ANYMORE? I was told no, because of COVID-19. I had to laugh as how difficult was it to make. I'm thinking of all the things they got rid of, that and the Italian platter was laughable. As I said tell my waitresses I'm out, at the exact time she came, finally 27 minutes later to being my water. The mall itself or strip mall area, has many restaurants and stores. Problem is none of the people who work there anymore, care about anyone. Atleast in the restaurant departments . As after I left there I went to Red Lobster and Holy Toledo, three times, you're out. STRIKE THREE! Drive to Gandy for Red lobster, or skip t all together and eat at local places, while making your own bread a home. Let's face it. That's all they have anymore, and they have even changed the way they make it with less flavor and always out if it, or hard. ...
Read moreIve never had worse service by management. Ive never been disrespected and humiliated as bad as this location has in my entire life. First off I was told by a security guard that harassed me from the first day he saw me to every day that he saw me that I was trespassed from the entire mall, no police were called just this one security guard saying so- reason being because I would not give him my telephone number and I left a riding child's toy at the donation bin, he said was unlawful dumping because I couldn't fit it into the bin. So beings no police were involved, I knew I was not legally trespassed and continued to utilize the mall with no problems until I tried going into Once Upon A Child after calling to see which security guard was working and sticking my foot in my mouth thinking they were my friends beings I've used the store for the last 10 years I proceeded to say that the old security guard said I was trespassed. So they refuse to let me in the store which will bring me to my next review. However several months later I reach out to a Brian the property manager to which does not communicate, never called me to resolve the issue, nothing. Terrible terrible service. Unbelievable. Now check out my review for once upon a child....
Read moreWith a wide range of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater it is a great place to get your shopping done. The layout is incredibly sprawling and the various buildings are disjointed, surrounding a series of parking lots. That makes it difficult to walk the entirety, especially if you have any limitations (such as, you know, shopping bags). Since it is an open air, outdoor mall, it can be incredibly hot traversing from one location to the next. The traffic in the parking lot can be difficult to navigate during busy times, due to the sectioning and switching roads. All said, the piped music is a nice touch. The incredibly wide range of shops (shoes, grocery, jewelry, department store, movie theater, pet store, nails, hair, waxing, body shop, gym, coffee, ice cream, and restaurants galore!) makes it really convenient area to get all of your errands done. The walkways and parking lots are kept incredibly clean. Just be prepared to re-park a couple of times, or get your steps...
