Batteries Plus — Attraction in Las Cruces

Situation: bought 2 batteries for my sons electric bike. Found out it wasn't the batteries. It was past return period but explained and store agreed to refund w receipt. Went in, batteries were put on voltage tester. Was told 1 was good, 1 was drained. Said they would fill and test inthe am and if it was good they would refund both. Next day 1st phone rep states they couldnt refund because they had to charge them both back up (lie) but they were ready and we could come pick them up. 2nd rep (store mgr) said no one has failed and the other we r still recharging and will Let u know if it recharges, butone has failed already. I said well isnt under warranty from you guys I had just bought it. He said well yes for a year the batteries have a warranty. I said ok well if the battery failed then I want it switched under warranty . He said ok after this one finishes we will let u know. Next 2 days or so...he calls back and says nope both failed and we can come pick them up. We had some things come up, got busy, life happened and apparently its now been over 30 days. We go to pick up the batteries and are told they dont have them, they disposed of them. The owner now calls me today and tells me he can guve me 2 dead batteries if I'd like. WTH?! Whats wrong with this kind of pathetic business practices?! Is rhe owner really this hard up to steal from his very own customers like this? I'm appalled and saddened deeply at the integrity of this person. I should...

Rude people that work there, atleast the manager, i went there just yesterday to bring in an iPhone 5 that wouldn't turn on so all i wanted them to do was to insert a new battery of thiers to see if it would turn on, i even already had the phone opened up. Some old fart was there at the time and he looked like the manager of the place. All he did was look at the phone without even looking inside and said that he doesn't want anything to do with it and even insulted me in saying that i wasn't licensed or something like that to do phone repair, even though i do know how to fix phones which i have many times for people, all i wanted was to see if their battery would turn this phone on. I went in there the last time with another phone to try and see if it was a battery issue or not and they actually helped me. But with that old man being there made me never wanna come back. The hell with this place and their policies, they won't even let you simply insert a battery into your phone without a technician being there, so easy that a 5 year old can do it, i even had the iPhone 5 opened up and pulled the old battery out and told them if they could just insert a new battery in it just to test it or even if i could do it while being right here. I bought a battery it died a month later, I did a thorough charge with staff and waited the recommended time got it back battery kept a charge for about 4 days died again The battery sold to me wasn’t the correct battery group size but I was told repeatedly that doesn’t matter as long as it has cranking amps. And that I can’t return it, the owner didn’t give me a second of his time very displeased with how they treated me as a customer. After I bought what they recommended and I came back to inform them I am not pleased with this purchase or the recommendation that was given.
