Bubble Binz — Attraction in Las Vegas

I rarely write bad reviews on companies that I deal with. Unfortunately, this is the service that I received from Bubble Binz. I spoke with someone named Summer who seems like she did not want to even help. Told me to go ahead and write a bad review. This is the cleaning after first time service. After I expressed my concern to cancel if it could not be fixed. She told me that it would be a $20 cancellation fee. I could clean out these bins with my pressure washer and do a better job. I thought they would be better with service than this. More importantly it is the attitude they gave when I was unsatisfied with the service. I wish I could give zero stars.

I am updating my review with Bubble Binz. Since my last review things have been resolved. They came out and did a great job. Even though my first encounter was not great. I would still recommend them for service. I am a strong believer in small businesses. Giving them a second chance proved to be the right one!

I was a customer for about 4 years ( I canceled my subscription after this experience) and had minimal problems until last week. I received a text and email indicating that my cleaning service was done. I retrieve my cans which are still on the curb and bone dry about 5 minutes post notification. Immediately I question if the cleaning took place. The company’s response was first the cans still had garbage in them and that the reason the cans were on the curb was due to republic services still needing to clean my cans. Republic came out at 10:47AM and Bubble Binz claimed to have completed service at 1:41PM. So, I stated this was incorrect. They then asked me to take pics of my cans to show the cleaning didn’t take place. Huh? My cans are never really dirty and why would I take the time to complain about this? So they offer ZERO resolution but sending them proof. I cancel my subscription and cite this awful customer service. They offered nothing. Later I looked at my camera footage and sent the clips which showed they never came. I sent them the photos and had to ask them for a refund. Have A "No Soliciting" signs and they still left a flyer. I don't want your trash flyer and now I have more trash to throw away, so thanks for that.

I will never use your service because if you cant respect a simple no soliciting request (and city law) how can you be trusted to respect anything else.. They are also shady and hide pricing.
