The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is because of how helpful and kind the staff has been in the past at this location. Today a collaborative effort was made by Annabelle in pick up, Leanna (manager), & Leonna (HR manager) to not assist in any way whatsoever even with me offering to wait the few extra minutes needed to fill my order. I arrived for a one item pick up before it was ready but nearing the usual fill time and just asked if I wait a few extra minutes for my order in target pick up could this be filled. Annabelle at pick up said no, I politely accepted and called the store now speaking to Leanna (manager) who also said there is no way they can estimate when this will be ready due to the que system. Iāve seen everyone communicate by 2 way radio and I donāt believe no assistance could be offered but again accepted and asked how to spell her name. Leanna (manager) hung up on me when I asked how to spell her name. I never cursed raised my voice or insulted her. Just asked how to spell her name. I called back again and spoke to Leonna (HR) who also stated there is no way whatsoever to estimate when my order would be filled if I waited for it. Zero assistance was possible. I drove away only to see them fill my order exactly nine minutes later as I predicted would happen. I do not believe this was impossible to determine while I was there especially given the multitude of times I offered to wait the extra time required for it as I did arrive prior to being notified to pick up. I called Leonna (HR) back to express again what a waste of energy to put into not helping me whatsoever even with zero cars in pick up VS just putting in an ounce of effort from even one team member to communicate with their other team member so I could bring my one item home. Leonna proceeded to tell me I was disrespectful for pointing out that I donāt believe the computers override human instruction. I believe somebody there could have helped in some way and I would have gladly waited the NINE MINUTES they needed to fill it. I just stated facts. No surprise she didnāt like hearing them. All that technology they use for what. Just employ robots already. At least when they malfunction we know why. Tens of thousands of dollars we spend here and not one person could determine my one item was 9 minutes out. Probably in their hands while they argued profusely there was absolutely nothing they could do. I donāt believe that for a second. Some people just donāt want to make the effort of trying. Itās not that itās a big deal itās just really insulting to see the extraordinary amount of effort put into not assisting āguestsā with such a simple request ahead of just lifting a finger now and then. It wasnāt a huge ask. Additionally being hung up on by a manger is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience, EVER! And I absolutely mean the WORST! So, I called around to every store for a specific item and they, unfortunately, were the only ones with 12 in stock around 10am. So, I let the manager know I wasn't off until 1pm and they said they couldn't hold it until I was actually on my way, driving to pick it up. I called once I was off and 4 were left in stock. I let them know it would take me an hour to get to them, seeing as I live on the complete opposite side of town, and the lady that answered said it wouldn't be an issue. I get there to be greeted (well not even greeted) by the most disrespectful and disgusting staff (including supervising manager) to find out they didn't hold the item and sold the last one right before I got there.. I have cancer and just started feeling up to doing, what ended up unfortunately being last minute, shopping for my four boys. One of which only asked for this specific limited item for Christmas.. To make matters worse, I asked them to double check to see if they may have set one aside for me and the unprofessional supervisor or assistant manager or whatever you would call her, grabbed the empty box and tossed it out in front of me to show there was no more of the item. I explained to her that the manager had told me they would hold one when I was on my way driving over, and she sat and argued that I was on speaker and she said he told me he wouldn't. I had to explain, AGAIN, that he said he said he wouldn't hold it until I was on my way and to call when I was leaving.. After I got done with all the back and forth drama I asked for corporates number and she rudely sputtered it out, and so quickly I couldn't write it down fast enough. Never again will I ever give this store another shot...not after this treatment. I have never left a store and actually cried over being mistreated by staff.... The only nice person i actually encountered was a really nice younger male cashier that had to get the "beasts" attention again to give me corporate's number (which she gave me wrong on purpose...Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. I got better treatment at the Walmart down the street. And they actually really respectfully hold items for you so you don't waste your time and, in my case,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor months myself and others have been keeping up with news for the Sanrio animal crossing amiibo card launch and with every update, one thing was clear, this was an online order only for pickup. I even called the day before to ask what time they would add it to their site and to make sure it was ONLINE ONLY. I was reaffirmed that it was indeed an online only purchase and that no one would be able to purchase it as a walk in. Cut to to day where so many of us woke up before 6am so that we could purchase it as soon as it was available online. Now I have the app with all of my info so all I had to do was put it into my cart and check out. I kept getting so many error messages, and then told that it was already sold out. I kept spamming the button until 30 minutes and 2 different stores later my transaction went through. Then I went online and started reading how so many people just went into the store to purchase them, I started to get worried. What if they sell my order? No that wouldn't happen, right? I didn't want to go to the store and purchase it when I already had my order processing. I started to get ready and then I get a notification 1 1/2 hours later, my order was canceled due to the fact that they sold out. NOW, I called this store and asked them what happened? I ordered it at 6:30a when the shop wasn't even open and your sold out? Well apparently they not only sold to the people who ordered them, but there was a line of people waiting to purchase it in store so what I gathered out of that is that THEY DID HAVE MY ORDER THEY JUST SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. I was so angry, I called corporate. How are you going to tell people one thing and then not even do that? Well corporate basically said too bad so sad, we'll talk to the stores because they weren't supposed to do that and we'll have more in stock later, but for now we can't do a damn thing for you, sorry. Honestly, I know this means nothing and I'm just venting at this point but SCREW target and I refuse to shop...
