Four of us went for their toasted brunch deal. $30 bucks includes a few limited breakfast options and bottomless mimosas for 2 hours or $20 for bottomless mimosas and any menu item. Well it took 15 mins after sitting to even see a waitress. Then she bring 3 of us waters never to return with the 4th. Then another waitress finally shows up 7 minutes later to take our order. ( bottom mimosas) well they bring out the UNOPENED bottle of champagne and a flight of juices and NO GLASSES well we have to wait for the second waitress to finally come back. She does opens the champagne and finally brings glasses. A total of 10Ish mins. Well we have three rounds of the service at which point we notice they purposely stop coming to our table! When we finally force on into eye contact to a 3rd waitress after being ignored 30 mins we ask for one last round of mimosas. She leaves and our 2nd waitress returns saying “unfortunately you’re at 2 hours 11 mins”. Well the 10 mins it set there with no glasses and the 30 mins we couldn’t get a waitress we felt scammed out of the so called 2 hr bottomless mimosas. Pic show no glasses and the just opened champagne and NO GLASSES. Last time we will go so if being scammed for 30 bucks enjoy if not find somewhere else.

Hungry? Staying a nearby hotel with a sports team for baseball, softball or soccer? Thinking this place is easy, close and kid friendly? Guess again. I am not exaggerating when I say that we waited over 2 hours to get a burger. Yes, we came in with a large party - half of a softball team. Things started out well - they took our drink orders and created separate checks based on our daughter's jersey number. I ordered an iced tea and of course - the beers came out but no iced tea (and it was only refilled when I asked). I placed our order only to find out (when everyone else's food came out) that our order had not been put in. They apologized and we waited. They came back about 15 mins later not with our food, but to tell us that they were making the burgers. 15 mins later they let us know that my burger would be free - not my wife's food...just mine). 15 mins later they came to say that they were sorry but because they placed the order late, it had fallen behind all the other orders (they didn't put a rush on it). Eventually, when everyone else was packing up and ready to leave our food finally arrived. Was it worth the wait? Nope. Would I come back here ever? Nope. Should you give it a try? No way!

For my boyfriend's birthday, we booked the patio and the "VIP" room (basically an indoor dining area separate from the main dining). From start to finish it was very professionally handled! Stephanie H. coordinated with us the date, times, catering choices and any special requests we had, giving great suggestions and handling it all with grace and efficiency. The day of the event I went early to decorate, and some of the waitstaff came and helped me (Jessica and Tyler) including the use of ladders and tying streamers! This was really above and beyond and would have taken me twice as long by myself. During the event, we had 2 waitresses dedicated to serving of drinks and other help as needed, and they were ON POINT ... even though we kept them very busy. Drink orders were correct, they came out very frequently to take new orders, and they did it all with a smile... Brave was one of those servers but I can't remember the other (sorry). The food was very professionally set up, properly heated as necessary, and absolutely delicious! We got the veggie tray, the salad, pulled pork sliders, cheese curds, chicken tenders, pizza and more... beyond that, they had something like 10 sauces/ dressings on the table in generous portions to accommodate every taste ... and no extra charge for that! I mean the food was one of the highlights of the night. By the end, without me having to ask, the dedicated servers even cleaned up my decorations and consolidated them into the boxes ready to put on the car - to say I appreciated that foresight is an understatement, because I was quite tipsy myself and trying to do that by myself in the very cold night would have been a pain... their extra effort allowed me to continue enjoying the party. The pricing is reasonable both for booking the areas and the food... especially when you realize all the extras they naturally throw in like sauces.

This place on a regular day is already exceptional... but now that I've experienced throwing an event here I plan to keep on throwing events here!!!! COULDN'T BE HAPPIER, THANK YOU...

Where to start...um...the food used to be pretty good. The location had a decent relax atmosphere. Well. The atmosphere is pretty much the same. We were wondering why they were no longer on GrubHub or door dash. I assumed it was because they didn't pay the fees. Delivery fees aside, I would wager the real reason is the food is horrible.

We ordered the onion rings, fish & chips and baked jalapeno mac-n-cheese.

Item one: if I put the onion rings in a press I'd probably get two cups of oil.

Item two: fish & chips you sure? Greasy fish bricks? Found standard stick size piece of fish embalmed in two inches of breading I could use to drive in a few nails into a 2x4. The ancient Egypt and would been impressed!!

Item three: this made us laugh so hard even if we wanted to complain we couldn't speak two words without erupting into laughing fits! Five minutes before we received the food the very nice waiter comes over and said "I'm sorry we're out of macaroni noodles". Just to put this in prospective- almost ALL people have an old bag of macaroni type noodles in their pantry usually right next to the ramen. But no, they have spaghetti noodles. Dish comes out and my lunch partner remarks it looks like a failed attempt at little kids cheesy noodles with a few slices of raw jalapenos on top!! The kids menu 'cheesy noodles' spawned such hysterics it would have been a hilarious comedy break...except at the end we still hadn't had lunch sigh. But like I said, the waiter was exceptionally nice. Guess you'd have to be really nice when serving food that should be illegal. Poor guy. Oh, and for added fun the Gordon Ramsay rants at least filled us with uncontrollable laughter!! Maybe you should go with friends to see can be more...

I love this place and I decided to come back after a long period of time (a few years) and unfortunately it’s not as nice as it used to be. I decided to bring my mother as well, and we didn’t even get greeted. We decided to sit at the booth slash table close to the bar. After we sat down, no one brought us menus so we decided to ask from the bar. The day bartender had a horrible attitude towards my mother just because she asked for menus. The bartender ended up only handing my mother one menu when she clearly saw there were two people. She didn’t call out the server until about 5 minutes later. We ordered beer samples and the bartender was too busy bsing with her customers at the bar, so that took another 5 minutes or so. We finally get our samplers and ordered our wings appetizer. Soon after, we hear a bell ringing for a food order which was our wings. The server let it sit for at least 20 minutes. This was what really shocked me in general, since I’ve never had bad service when I came here. Please note that it wasn’t even busy. The wings came back lukewarm at best. At this point we wanted to pay our bill and leave before the pizza even came. The pizza shows up with burnt crust but at least the pizza was hot. Our waitress was nice but dissapeared for long periods of time when we needed her service. The bartender also started greeting everyone else other than us who walked into the bar. It’s really sad how bad things have gotten here. It seems like they only care about their regulars and not new customers unless they sit directly at the bar. I don’t recommend coming here during the day when it’s slow unless you are coming to...
