The food was fantastic, but the service left much to be desired. Atmosphere & Seating The restaurant has a lively vibe, with most seating being high tops. However, one of the few low-top tables is tucked in a corner by a support bar, which makes sitting there awkward and uncomfortable. Appetizer We ordered the Beer Cheese Fondue, and it was absolutely incredible—10/10! The bread was soft, the cheese was rich and flavorful, and the portion of cheese was generous. In fact, we ended up using the extra cheese with our fries and entrées because we ran out of bread before finishing the cheese. Meals My friend ordered the Pimento Chicken Sandwich and requested the coleslaw on the side, as she wasn’t sure she’d like it. Unfortunately, the coleslaw came on the sandwich anyway. Luckily, she enjoyed it, but it’s disappointing that her request was overlooked. I ordered the 5 Pepper Burger cooked medium-well, with a side salad and baked mac ‘n cheese. I asked for honey mustard dressing for the salad, but the server informed me they didn’t have it, which was odd considering the variety of mustards listed on the menu. I settled for ranch instead. When the food arrived, I didn’t receive my salad or the baked mac ‘n cheese. While I didn’t want to make a fuss, it was disappointing to not get what I ordered. That said, the fries were phenomenal—perfectly seasoned and served with a delicious celery/dill ranch aioli? that I honestly preferred over what I’d originally ordered. So, while I didn’t get what I asked for, the fries and sauce were a silver lining. Dessert We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and wanted to order the S’mores dessert around 9:35 PM. After several minutes, we were told that the kitchen had already shut off the grill and couldn’t fulfill our request. This was especially frustrating as it wasn’t very late, and dessert should have been an easy request. They close at 10 Final Thoughts The incredible taste of the food is the only reason this visit wasn’t a total disappointment. Our server was friendly but far from efficient, missing multiple requests and details throughout the meal. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food.

This place was such a neat place for great drinks and wings. Across from the hospitals on Tenaya, so great access. Their outdoor patio is fabulous, and their indoor bar area and restaurant room was great too. The whole back wall of the restaurant was a window to the brewery. The wait staff were wonderful, engaging, and friendly. The best part about it were the wings. About 6 or 7 to a pound, they were really meaty - not wimpy wings. We had the dry rub which was spectacular, and the sweet and spicy sauce to dip them in had a bite, but was irresistible. The home made chips with house made fries sauce were great as well. The mushrooms were great. I thought they were fried, but must have mis-read the menu. I wasn't disappointed though. They're the stout braised mushrooms in a sauce and that was pretty good as well. We kinda mixed and matched all the food and dipped everything into all the sauces that came with the mushrooms, wings, and chips! I'd like to try the pubcuterie board next time. We'll definitely be back. I also had their special pineapple cider - YUM!

Arrived at 4pm on Friday to start the weekend. There were 5 of us. When we arrived, it wasn't too busy. Happy hour special was $10 flights. I filled out my flight card and gave it to our server. After a lengthy while she came back and told me one of my picks was only sold in a can and wasn't available for a flight. Ok I picked another one. There were 2 if us that ordered flights and both of our orders were incorrect. They did bring out the correct one to correct the mistake. We ordered a charcuterie and it never came out. It didn't show up on our bill so that was fine. At the end, our server just said a total without showing us a bill which was weird so we asked to see the bill (to make sure we weren't charged for the charcuterie). The bill was accurate but I've never just been told a total without seeing the bill. The service was definitely lacking but the beer was good and the food they served us was good (the pretzel bread fondue was delicious). I would go back to give it a second chance.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Las Vegas Brewing Company

Review:

I recently visited the Las Vegas Brewing Company with my girlfriend, eager for an afternoon out and a new experience for her. It was 4 pm on a Friday, with the place half full, which seemed like an ideal time to sit at the bar and engage with the local crowd. However, this expectation was quickly shattered.

Upon seating ourselves at the bar, we were met with the constant presence of gaming consoles built into the counter. Although I don't frequent this establishment often due to my dislike for distractions while socializing over drinks, I had hoped that this visit would be different, especially since my girlfriend was joining me for the first time.

With a sense of excitement and anticipation, we settled into our seats and prepared to converse with fellow patrons. However, as soon as we sat down, the waitstaff approached us and asked us to move to a table instead. The reason? Someone wasn't using the gaming console at that moment, and the staff prioritized it over our seating request.

Moreover, I couldn't help but ask - does the gaming console buy beers or do customers? I wasn't sure if my presence was even welcome at the bar if I didn't contribute to this seemingly essential part of their establishment. Feeling unwelcome and frustrated, we left the brewing company immediately. Throughout the brief time we were there, it became apparent that the establishment seemed to care more about the inactive gaming console than the comfort and satisfaction of their customers. This experience left us both disappointed and reluctant to return. It's unfortunate that a potentially enjoyable afternoon was ruined by what appeared to be a lack of consideration for the needs and desires of the patrons.

If you're searching for a place where you can sit at a bar without feeling disheartened by gaming bar tops or constantly being asked to move because of console availability, I highly recommend BJ’s Brewhouse instead. Their focus on quality food and beverage offerings make for an enjoyable experience that doesn't leave you longing for a quiet table amidst constant...

Oh, let me tell you about this enchanting mixologist extraordinaire! The moment I stepped into the bar, I was greeted by a whirlwind of flair, charm, and charisma. They were like a cocktail conjurer, juggling bottles with finesse and pouring spirits with style.

Not only were their drinks absolutely divine, but their showmanship was off the charts! They twirled bottles like a circus performer, shook cocktails with the rhythm of a rockstar, and garnished drinks with an artistic flair that left me mesmerized.

And let's not forget about the hilarious banter! Their witty one-liners and clever jokes kept the crowd entertained while waiting for their concoctions. I couldn't help but laugh along with everyone else as I sipped on my perfectly mixed elixir.

It was like being in a magical realm of libations where every glass had a story to tell. They effortlessly mixed classics with modern twists, creating masterpieces that tantalized the taste buds and left you craving for more.

In short, this bartender was a true mixological maestro, an alchemist of spirits, and a performer worth every standing ovation. If you ever want a night filled with laughter, showmanship, and heavenly libations, this bartender is your ultimate destination. Cheers to the marvelous...
