Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Las Vegas

Giving it three stars because I'm not happy but I'm not too mad. Staff was very helpful at the front desk. Trampoline park was totally cool. We had the biggest birthday package you could get. When we would go to the concession stand to buy drinks the staff members and that area were too concerned about messing around with their friends that they were not paying attention to us while we were ordering. This happened twice. Didn't even speak to us the whole time was just talking with his friends. 6:30 when it came time to do the birthday party thank goodness somebody else was able to hear us called to the room because I could not hear on the speaker at all. The pizza was absolutely horrible I cannot believe I paid that much money for pizza. Also, I'm not sure how they are even splitting that deal between 10 kids because only seven showed up for us and we ended up having to order more pizza. I would again like to emphasize how horrible this pizza was. It was completely overcooked not fresh, tasted like it had been sitting in a heater the entire day and maybe even the day before. The crust tasted like cardboard. then not only that but of course everybody's jumping so everybody's thirsty and the amount of drink they gave us was ridiculous. A pitcher is not the normal kind that you would expect. It holds about the amount of liquid as half of a regular pitcher would. Somewhere along the line they ran out of ice so we got no ice for the soda. Also we had to order more soda and I felt like I was rationing it between everybody. We were so thirsty. I got the biggest package so I don't understand why we couldn't have got fresh pizza and drinks that we did not have to ration. It says online that all the kids were supposed to get a cup to take home and the birthday boy was supposed to get a T-shirt and we never received those items. We did however have a really good host who is there to help us every step of the way and the kids spilled a couple times and he had no problem coming in and cleaning it up right away. 1 star because of the staff at front desk. I filled out their waivers on my phone. The girl was not able to pull up the waivers, so i asked her if i could use one of their screens/laptops/tablets/computers to fill it out and she said no. So i showed her my phone, because it says, please show them this when you arrive... This teenage girl, looks at me and says, Im going to have to ask you to calm down. My response was, (in a clam voice, tone and volume level, the same tone i used the entire time) Excuse me? I am calm, im not raising my voice, im not yelling, im not using bad words. Im using proper english to communicate with you. You need to calm down, there is no reason for an attitude towards me or to say that to me. Do you want me to get an attitude (i can)? she got quiet, I told her, look I need help, i signed your waivers and im showing you I did, its not my fault you or your system cant pull it up. 5 minutes later, the slow internet worked and she found it. I spent 80 and my kids are having fun. What I did NOT tell her, but she could have figured out from how old I look is.... Im old enough to be your father or your grand father, in fact I have a 18 year old teenage daughter and an 11 year old daughter. I know a teen attitude when I see one. You gotta chill out. Dont give people crap, in fact if you think someone is rude, get a staff member, get your supervisor to help. Say hey excuse me, ill be right back. anyway 3 stars instead of 1 or 2, because another teen staff member (girl) was really awesome with my 7yr old and 11year old kids on jumping off the ledge thing. she didnt have to interact, coach or make them laugh and she did...... I made sure to thank her and i hope I showed her its awesome to be a good person unlike her other co worker..... 5 stara to her..... raise the average to 3...

I have never been to this specific trampoline park and have been reading through the reviews trying to decide where to have my daughters birthday party next month. I have a few questions based solely off of the above reviews Is staffing still an issue? Will there be staff sanitizing and cleaning periodically throughout the jumping areas? My daughter will be turning 9 years old, will her and her friends be required to keep a mask on while jumping? Do you limit the amount of people jumping in an area in order to practice social distance ? Have the broken speakers been fixed? Are staff consistently keeping the floors clean and free of trash? If I book a basic party, do I need to bring plates/silverware and cups? Is there a host that will have the private room set up before guests arrive? If so, what does the “set up” include? I see included with the basic party package 60 Mins in the private party room and jump passes for up to 10 people, how long are the jump passes good for? Is it all day, or a specific amount of time? Thank you in advance for answering my questions in a timely manner.
