Game Repair — Attraction in Las Vegas

Hesitated to give this store a chance based off of the reviews about the owner who most have described as being rude and sarcastic, but because each person experience is different I’d still gave them a call to see if they had a part needed for my Xbox one X and I would prefer to buy one in person versus buying on eBay if I didn’t have to

I called and a gentlemen named Brian/Bryan answered, I asked if they had a internal hard drive available for my an Xbox one X. He asked what size, I told him 1Tb is fine. He said he had one in his hand for $70, which was great. I then asked and wanted to specify “And is that formatted for the Xbox one X or just Xbox...” he then cuts me off and says “well that’s your job”. I came to this place to get my sons ps5 fixed, his hdmi was broke and they “fixed” it so they say but I was back there in less than a month because the hdmi went black again. So it was not fixed I take it back to them they gave me a 10% discount I was upset but I said watever mind you the price was 125 with the discount i paid 110.00$ now here I am here again because the hdmi is loose and keeps cutting off. The guy was so combative wouldn’t let me speak I never said it wasn’t working I wanted to tell them it’s loose, he goes on to tell my son why does he keep breaking it! Like why would you say that? Dont go here, please do this for your wallet. I used to go here a couple times and it was the worst thing I did to myself, might have been worst than smoking. The owner(hes the old guy with the glasses) is really a egotistical person, thinks he knows "everything" there is to gaming because he worked at his shop for 20+ years(amazed a dump like that would last that long). Hes the owner(he denies it, called his shop once "saying im the owner of this store, worked this place from the ground up"). The Shop is bare bones like if a ebay seller did a garage sale, the games are really dirty, sold me a killer instinct snes game for $25 when it costs around $15-18 on Amazon.So he rips you off, has dirty games, has a terrible shop and is a terrible person in general. Dont shop here, if you want to get retro games go to "A Gamers Paradise." Worth the trip, I got a Advance Wars Ds game for $17 when it costs $20-23 on Amazon.
