The company reached out after writing my review and advised me after further investigation they were able to locate my 2nd accidental charge. The manager who was not the person I first talked to about the 2 charges also personally called me and offered me a full set of lashes free of charge due to the issue with the 2 charges and the amount of time that had gone by before this was made right. I was very appreciative, she was very gracious and wanted to make things right.
I am very happy they found the 2nd charge and I went back and did get a full set done by Red and it was so pretty! I did want them a little fuller but due to an unfortunate encounter of my own with a lash curler lol I wasn’t able to get the as full as I’d hoped this time but he said ones my lashes grow back from the damage the lash curler caused I’ll be good to go for a more fuller look I’m pretty happy with the overall outcome with the merchant and I will go back :)
I am writing this review with a heavy heart because the company charged me twice for the same service and refuses to give me my money back.
I went to the merchant initially on 3/1/2023 at which time I paid them for the services and I was happy. I went back to the merchant on 3/15/2023 and agreed to pay them $90 however I was charged $90 two times and when I emailed the location to bring this scouting error to their attention, the location manager; Cassandra Avalos advised me there was no error and when I showed her proof of this error, proof from my credit card statement she never responded back which was disappointing and clearly tells me everything I need to know because if you are willing to make sure you do right by your customers, you wouldn’t just not respond when they show you proof of a billing error.
Needless to Say, I will never be visiting this business again ever no one should just trust that a merchant is charging you the correct amount, always check your accounts and always be diligent her that you are being charged accurately It at this merchant is refusing to make it right with me. Read moreHorrible experience!!! I went in excited, as it was my first time putting on extensions. Really wish I hadn’t! I had my appointment on Wednesday evening and by Thursday morning about 80% had fallen off. I reached out and they asked for photos. Kindly, they scheduled me for a “touch up”. The girl that took me in then advised me she could only do 1 eye because I was only given a 15 min appointment and that I should call the manager the next day to see what can be done. I do as I’m told and attempt to contact the manager, Cassandra, however, I’m advised she’s in a “business meeting” and she’d call me back. No more than 5 mins go by and I get a call back, only it’s not Cassandra, it’s the receptionist. She calls to advise the only thing they can do for me is give me a $20 discount and I’d have to pay for the service again. At this point, I have no choice - it’s Friday and I leave Saturday for vacation, so I agree. I come in to my appointment only to see that Cassandra was NOT in a business meeting, but rather chatting it up with another employee. She heard me walk in, looked me straight in the eye and not once cared to approach me to see what the issue was, apologize and/or show any empathy!!! I was willing to pay for my service again, but will NEVER be coming back! Waste of time!!! MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Other locations, maybe, but this one definitely needs a new manager! Read morePart of me wants to be selfish because if i don't say my lash artists name, maybe she'll have more free time when I want to book again! Lol, but Robin is absolutely amazing. I had my lashes done about 4 years ago from a different, very popular lash chain. It was awful, but to be fair, i think the artist was new. My lashes were poking me, irritating my eyes, and i just wanted to rip them out. They only lasted about a week.
I decided to give lash extensions another shot because my natural ones are virtually non existent, even with mascara, and i honestly don't want to deal with the ones you do yourself. I got my full set done by a different artist at this location, and she did a good job. But when it was time for a fill, I was paired with Robin. She knocked it out of the park. They look really good, there's no irritation, they aren't constantly in my view, they don't brush against my glasses, and they feel secure even when i brush them! I don't feel like i have fake lashes on, i just feel normal, which is the most important part for me.
I will definitely be making more appointments and specifically request Robin.
I also had an issue where i paid $75 for the fill and left a $15 tip, but my bank statement showed i was charged $108. I sent a text to the front desk to double check the transaction, she then sent me a picture that showed they only charged the $90, so my bank was the one with the error.
