Palm South Jones Mortuary — Attraction in Las Vegas

Of course no one ever wants to have to use a mortuary because of the loss of a loved one. However, Palm Mortuary has been so wonderful to work with the 2 times I have had to. I used North Jones in 2014 and was impressed then and would recommend them.

My family member passed from COVID earlier this year and already had arrangements at Palm South Jones. Kayla handled everything for us and to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. I can't even put into words how easy she made a very difficult process. First of all she is friendly and personable and genuinely compassionate and empathetic. But she was always so accessible, explained things well and answered numerous questions that I probably already asked but forgot the answer to. The whole process was so easy and stress-free, which was very much appreciated by my family and I.

Everyone was really helpful and wonderful. They went above and beyond to explain things and make sure I understood how things worked. Charlie, the Preplan Agent, was spectacular. He was kind, patient, and detail-minded. He answered all my questions, and on some of the items I didn't quite understand, he took the time to explain until I felt very confident about all aspects of the contracts.

I feel like I am getting the best possible solution to my biggest worry - that it would be complicated for my niece and my best friend when I pass away..I am totally confident now that everything is going to be taken care of in the most peaceful and easiest way possible.

I am also very pleased to know I can call Charlie anytime or one of the girls at the reception desk and they will be able to handle any further questions I might have.

I highly recommend this preplan service to anyone who wants to take care of all the costs and details before they pass. It will make it so much more stress-free for family members...

The whole team at Palm Mortuary is first class. I recently had a service for my mother in their chapel, throughout the whole process everyone was super professional, caring and honored my mother. We buried my mother in the veterans cemetery in Boulder City and the mortuary had a team out there as well. Everything was smooth, caring and with respect.
