Iāve been to the gym a few times now, and most of my experiences have been pretty good! I recommend it in general BUT my most recent experience was not the best :( I went with my partner for a work out on a Sunday. There was a guy working the front desk with locs and he hassled me and my boyfriend about the way that we got checked in. Instead of giving his barcode, my partner typically gives his phone number due to account issues. We always do this, weāve been to this location, the Boca Park gym and the location on Eastern/Owens a few times and never have any issues. I am a guest, and he has a black card, so we usually donāt run into any issues, and weāve been going to the gym together for almost 4 months.
But the guy made us wait for so long and the other girl working at the front didnāt do anything to help us! :( He eventually just let us go, but gave this apathetic attitude when it came to not using a barcode. I was really confused because weāve never had this issue before? And he said it wasnāt a new thing. So I donāt know if he was just new or didnāt really want to help us. The customer service is usually much better with other employees, and other gyms. I was a little disappointed that her coworker didnāt try to help him, because then it eats away into our time for the gym. We take the bus so we typically give ourselves a pretty strict timeline, once we arrive at the gym. BUT OTHER THAN THAT - the facilities are super well-maintained. The gym is gorgeous, and the service is usually pretty good. That one guy left a slightly bad taste in my mouth and for my bf too, but I know that if it was any other staff members, it wouldnāt have been like that. The gym is always super clean and they have a lot of equipment, so I never feel anxious about having to share the equipment with people. I recommend this location or even the Boca Park...

If rating the shower water pressure on a scale of 1 to 10 (EXCLUDING the water pressure in handicap shower w/ the handheld shower head), Iād say that the rating for the water pressure in the other 3 showers (the ones that have the frosted glass doors) is between an 8 & a 9ā the pressure varies a little between shower stalls. Have 4 hydro massage beds, (2) flat & (2) sit-up@ 45°, + play nice chill spa relaxation music in hydro bed area Have (2) zero gravity massage chairs + TV 1 lay down tanning bed 1 Hybrid Total Body Enhancement machine (TBE infrared/ tanning combo) 1 Total Body Enhancement machine 3 standup tanning beds Black Card lounge has 3 upholstered chairs + TV
I rarely write reviews but this PF location earned it! Shoutout to the PF STAFF @ the W. Lake Mead location! THANK YOU for doing a fantastic job on maintaining this location. Keep up the great work!

I live across the country!! Iām not flying back to LV to cancel a stupid gym membership. Just cancel it! I was told tonight that I need to send in a letter! It is 2024! We literally have robots now, and you want me to send in a letter via usps? Grow up and cancel my damn account. You want me to jump on my and buggy to deliver it to you too? On top of that, your staff tonight was so rude and completely condescending. I should not have to go through all of this just to cancel a membership. I filed a complaint with the BBB. If you cost me another cent, Iāll make sure I sue as well.
Update: called my bank, and made sure they put a āstop paymentā on it. I will also be following up with BBB, and making sure you stop taking advantage of people the way that you are. It should be illegal. No⦠Iām not going to email your āsocialā account managers. You need to do better, and stop taking advantage of people. What youāre doing, is trying your very hardest to keep people paying you when they donāt want your service anymore, and you make it impossible to cancel. You're criminals...
