I want to thank Nick for your professionalism, ability to resolve a challenge, and keep a customer satisfied with services. There was a huge problem at first, however Nick and his the legendary customer service and resolution. We purchased tickets to go see the AWESOME MOVIE Demon Slayer Infinite Castle, and picked the disable chairs. We were about 10 mins in the movie when another customer stated we were in their seats. Our seat were for people who are wheelchair bound. Rather than blame us, provide poor customer service, provide negative attitude as if we are bothering him, and all the other deplorable lack of service these generation ( young kids feel entitled, have no resolution ability, come to work and don't work,). Nick did none of these. Nick did what is expected and went above and beyond. We were pissed at first but Nick allowed us to leave impressed, wanting to come back, and overall satisfied. ALL you young people ( including a couple at this AMC location ) this is how you work, and RESOLVE challenges. Take notes, reread, take notes again, practice, and apply if it is within your capability. These are the employees this Company should be seeking. It isn't hard job, resolutions are normally simple, but these entitled young people appear to be clueless. Thank you Nick for doing your job, have common sense, having attention to details, take the time to LISTEN FIRST, providing a free apology, and resolving the issue beyond satisfaction. Please be the trainer for young employees, and continue to be consistent like most Chic-fil la , In and...
Read moreWent to the very first showing of the movie Midway! They advertise reclining seats but for over a half hour people were running around try to make the reclining seats work the entire back row didn't seem to work. Then comes the staff with cell phone flashlights, folding seats upright to go under them at throw a switch. A good 20 people had a problem trying to find their seats. You should have went completely black at the very beginning of the first trailer showing. After the movie I asked the manager why? He tells me that its policy since they sell the advertising for those movies to Turn All the Lights completely out so people cannot see if they're trying to find their seat. He also said that the company has a policy not to allow anyone to come in early and check the seats, that they brag about, to see if they need to throw switch and make them work! He for the complaint he is completely understaffed and they will not allow anyone to be scheduled to do this. Completely ruined my wife and my experience and will definitely not come back! My wife says, you went to the discount first movie of the day... And you get what you pay for! Bottom line is if you really want to enjoy, there are lots of other choices of theaters! One last thing is that when they folded the seats forward to get to the switches underneath oh, you could see that no one has...
Read moreThis review is coming from someone who has booked at least 80 tickets at this theater in the past 365 days. My seats have been double booked The time after seat was broken, foot part partially stuck out and unable to recline. I have had people in my seats and argue with me because there wasn't a number on the seats they were in but indeed after bothering a few people on the side of them to check their seat for a number, I was indeed correct. Also the seats have been getting rips and cuts. So wearing shorts or putting your arm on the arm rest is uncomfortable. Half the staff are rude and are very upset when asked ro get people out of my assigned seat. Unfortunately the next closest amc is in town square, and the disntance is just to far. I do have a premier membership and apparently is doesnt mean much when standing in the special line for concessions. Hey, at least i get points and convenience fees for booking online waved.
PS. LADIES, DO NOT USE THE LADIES ROOM NEAR THE THEATERS! Especially in the evening times. They are disgusting, most of the time, no toilet paper, pee and feces on the seat, floor and walls of stalls, no soap. I know they cant help the flow of traffic in there or the dirty people. But something should be done. GO TO THE B-ROOM AT THE...
